Couldn’t be happier with the service we received. The technician arrived as planned and even called when he was 10 minutes out. He knew within a minute what the problem was with our freezer. He had to order a new fan for our GE refrigerator/freezer, but came back and installed it in a few days. Very affordable, considering the cost of a new fridge. Initial diagnostic fee was rolled into the final cost which was less than $400. He even replaced a burned out bulb and didn’t charge us. Highly recommended!

A technician arrived within a couple hours of me sending an email. He was very nice, took the proper safety precautions, and explained everything thoroughly before getting started. I especially love that he didn’t push any unnecessary work (as many big company techs are told to do). It’s never cheap to get an appliance fixed, but this was certainly money well spent!

They answered the phone on a Saturday at 7:30am. Omar was on time, contacted me ahead of the time to make sure he came with the right parts, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it immediately. It was expensive, but I was impressed that everything was resolved the same day.

Called them the afternoon before and was able to get someone over next day. Tech arrived within the 3 hour window promised. He was able to diagnose the error code issue with my washer quickly. It was a broken door switch, had the new part in his van and installed in less than 15 minutes. Satisfied with the service and able to get my washer back up and running.

Great Service! I usually don't leave reviews, but Omar was really impressive. I had tried to fix the ice maker by looking it up on YouTube, but after two replacement parts, it still didn't work.
