Great service! Friendly, professional tech. Called last night at 6pm, they came out today at noon, got the part and installed it, done by 3pm!

Really appreciated how responsive they were! Omar was able to come out the same day we called, to check out why our oven had stopped working. Quickly ordered parts, and then came out to finish the repair the day the parts came in. Omar was knowledgeable and courteous, and kept us informed throughout. So glad we called Appliance Repair Services!

Omar helped me figure out that my dishwasher simply needed a good cleaning to work better. While he was here I asked him to take a look at my icemaker. I had recently had a new one installed by another repair service and the automatic function no longer worked - I had to put up the handle manually to stop the machine from making more ice when the tray was full. The other repair technician had given me a long story about how my original Whirlpool icemaker model was no longer available. Omar quickly pulled up the model on his phone and transparently showed me the prices. He also figured out that the first technician had installed a Frigidaire icemaker into my Whirlpool refrigerator and done some creative re-wiring. I was able to get a partial refund from the first technician who had sold me the wrong model and promptly hired Omar to do the job right this time. I am sticking with Omar and Appliance Repair Services for their honesty. I am happy with the service, but just as importantly I trust they will be honest.

Omar is very professional and knowledgeable. This was the second time he repaired our dryer (for separate issues), the repair was done expertly. Since he had to mostly disassemble the unit to reach to faulty part, he diligently cleaned all the lint that had accumulated inside the unit over the least few years. He also re-lubricated all the rollers as a preventative maintenance. I fell like many tech would just replace the faulty part and not address items that had not yet failed.

I have used their services twice. Several years ago for my stove, and today for my refrigerator.
They do great work and explain what they are doing as they do the job.
When they fix something, it stays fixed!
I worry about repairmen coming in my home. I wonder if they will be honest, competent, and charge a fair amount. I do not worry about this company. They check every box.

Appliance Repair Services came to fix the front-load washing machine that came with my new home. It had a significant amount of mold on the gasket that no amount of cleaning would get rid of, so Appliance Repair Services ordered the replacement part and came to install it as soon as it arrived. Omar was very nice, very fast, professional... And he showed me how to maintain the washer and dryer so that he won't have to make a second trip!

I highly recommend Appliance Repair Services and plan to use them the next time I need a repairman - which hopefully won't be for a long time. :)

Omar is fabulous.
A courteous professional on the phone, Omar gave a candid review of our situation with a Jenn Air cooktop and scheduled our appointment for the soonest available time. Omar himself was our technician for this appointment, and it was nice to meet him in person. He was competent, polite, tidy, and communicative as he worked. Total bill was very reasonable.
He and his colleagues work on all major appliances. We are definitely keeping this contact handy!

I called on Monday 2/12/24 at 9.40 am as my dryer had quit. Omar was out by 11.40 a.m., diagnosed the problem and made the repair. The service is excellent, courteous and efficient, and I have always had clear information on repair possibilities and pricing.

Extremely pleased! Omar was professional and prompt, and did a great job explaining what the issue was to me before he made the repair. Within 24 hours from first reaching out, my oven is repaired and working perfectly.

I particularly appreciated the excellent COVID-19 mitigation measures in place. This was certainly the best experience I've had of anyone doing work in my home. I'll absolutely be using them again in the future!

We called them because the lights in our fridge did were not working. They were able to come over the next day - charging $80 for the service call. Omar diagnosed that the Sabbath setting had been triggered. Thank you!

Omar was fantastic! We had an issue with our washer and he was able to fix our issue promptly and professionally. We called him over the weekend and he was here the first business day! He helped make a stressful situation of our washer not working a breeze by coming to the resuce and bringing our washer back to life! We could not reccomend him enough and will be sure to call him if any of our appliances are in need of repair.

Fantastic experience! Our technician, Omar, was a complete professional from start to finish. Courteous, punctual, and had outstanding troubleshooting skills. The service was great! Of course, our dryer stopped working on Friday mid-day when family was arriving that afternoon for the weekend. (First time in over a year so it was a very special occasion.) I called Appliance Repair and within hours they tracked down the part needed and was even willing to come by that evening to make the repair. The service call to do the work was prompt, on time and reasonably priced. Omar was great at following up during the process. We will definitely use Appliance Repair again.

HIGHLY recommend. Washing machine leaked from the top level to the middle level. Easy booking and friendly service. Would have been able to get same day service but booked for the following day. Tech, Omar, came out. Respectful of my home. Very thorough. Did not try to upsell or perform any unneeded work. Recommended products to prevent a similar issue. Very affordable. The team at Appliance Repair Services was quick to answer our call and come out to diagnose the issue with our dryer around the holidays. They were transparent in explaining exactly what they had to do and how much it would cost - they had to order a new control panel and come out a second time to install the part. When we experienced another issue less than a week later, they came out quickly to diagnose and repair free of charge - even when it required another new part!

Called with a problem with fridge not making ice/water not working. Omar showed up time even a little early diagnosed and repaired in under an hour thanks to him preordering a part which was the likely cause. Thanks Omar!

My LG top load washing machine suddenly wouldn’t turn on. I called to make an appointment around 1:30pm and despite the busy schedule was fit in for 3-6 pm because it was last minute.

Omar called to announce his arrival and 20 minutes later was at my house by 4:25 pm. He was professional, polite, and explained what he was going to do to figure out the problem I described. Problem solved in about 5 minutes. Most other company reviews mention Omar and now I know why.

He also explained the issue with my particular model washer and how to try avoid it. Great service for a fair price. I would highly recommend and will be using them again.

Omar came out on a Saturday for my dryer that wouldn't heat and found the cause of the problem within 10 minutes. Went to his warehouse for a replacement, came back and had it working in no time. Best of all he told me that with this particular dryer, not the most expensive one, the part that burns out just does that time to time. I really thought it was something I did but nope and that was good to hear. Highly recommended!!
