My basement fridge wasn't working and I called Ultra Fix and they got me a technician the same day and was so prompt in getting here. The technician was Ramil and he was very thorough with his assessment and explaining with what he was doing and how the process worked. He got my fridge working super fast and explained if there's any issues he'll be there for any other issues. Can't recommend this company enough!

Ramil was very prompt and efficient! He took plenty of time explaining what was wrong, talking over the warranty, and had the part already with him. Very pleased. We will definitely be using them in the future if needed!

Farid was incredibly professional and helpful. He was able to quickly identify the issue with our oven, ordered the required part, and came back promptly for the final repair.

Elchin did a great job fixing our dryer. While fixing the heating part, he recommended a new blower which was totally gunked up w lint because air was backing up because we never cleaned our vent pipe. He also replaced corroded terminals which was not part of the job. Very patient person and explained things well.

We used the services offered by UltraFix to repair a non functional gas stove burner. Ramil showed up on time and communicated the issue clearly. The fix was explained and the costs were discussed before the work was done. Ramil came the following day and repaired the burner to our satisfaction.

Seymur kept me updated on his arrival via text. He was courteous and explained the difference between dryers that have rollers vs bearings; I really appreciated that. Our dryer has bearings. Rollers are better than bearings at handling heavier loads of clothes. Seymur found a crack in the plastic and showed me the scratch marks where it was rubbing against the drum and making that squeaky noise. After he readjusted the outside covers, the squeakiness disappeared! It was a relatively simple and easy fix.

We had an issue with our dryer last week as it wouldn’t start. Khalid came and did a diagnostic test on it and he determined we need a new computer board. He was thorough and efficient and had our dryer fixed in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend UltraFix.

Absolutely fantastic company. I had water on the lower rack due to cleaning with water and lemon which you need to boil in the oven but pot was leaking. Since it is a gas oven I was afraid that water may damaged electrical cords. I called the company in the afternoon and Mr. Argyn came the same evening. Not only he did complete detailed check, he cleaned the water residue still present and he gave me couple of advices. He was kind to wait for me to clean some grease residue as he pulled out the bottom to inspect which is hard to reach. Fantastic service and very affordable I would give them more stars if I could.I definitely recommend to everyone who wants detailed inspection of the oven, kind and professional service at very low cost. My cats were supervising at all times as they liked the light and laser so he didn't mind to have laser going so kitties could run around. He also assisted me to get appropriate knobs for the oven and showed me how to replace them..excellent service and I will use them again when needed. Fantastic detailed professional service.

Amazing! Came the same day and fixed my washer in the spot. Even found the missing part under some blankets on top of the dryer!!!! Highly recommend. Khalid is professional, friendly and efficient. Samsung had a convoluted scheduling process that took over 45 minutes in the phone followed by a text promised in 24-48 hours. Called ultra tech in the meantime and they fixed it before I even received Samsung’s text.
