I was able to make a same-day appointment on a Saturday. Nick from Fuse arrived when he said he would, promptly identified the issue with my oven and completed the repair in 30 minutes. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and left the space tidy. Fuse will be the first number I call the next time I need an appliance repaired. .

They tried hard to fix the dishwasher, and tried different approaches. They came to our house several times with different components but had no luck as they told me it would probably be too expensive to fix. They recommended me to purchase a new dishwasher instead. I appreciate the effort they spent. It is a shame that the company I bought it from did not provide a solution. Fuse Service did good work and I am pleased to recommend them.

Our oven wouldn’t come to baking temperature. Making an appt was easy. The service tech was super prompt, professional and kind. Diagnosed and explained everything. He even offered to help clean behind the oven. Part came in 2-3 days later and oven fixed. A great experience. Thank you!

James M. was our technician and he was outstanding. Very timely, courteous and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable about our appliances. After quick diagnosis (our dryer motherboard was shot and as a result, burned out the motor) he had the parts on order that day. The install took about 30min (last time I tried that level of repair it took me 4hrs).

Bottom line, we're very happy with the result. It wasn't cheap, but counting for the cost of repair, it probably saved us $1500 from having to buy a new washer/dryer set.

Would certainly use Fuse again.
