After my GE Monogram refrigerator quit on 11/17, , I contacted the authorized GE repair service and received an appointment for 8 days later 11/25, 2 days before Thanksgiving! Knowing it would take several days to obtain whatever parts would be needed, I contacted Fuse. The tech came out the next morning, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the required part. The inverter arrived 2 days later and the tech, Alex, came at 5 pm on 11/20 and made the repair!

Alex was very courteous, kept me very well informed as to status and did the repair very quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with the service.

Fridge was dead - less than 7 years old. They came out right away. Nick was polite courteous and on point. Replaced main circuit board - power came back on but wasn’t cooling. Replaced compressor and seems to be cooling now. Fuse was prompt and kept me updated all the way.
No more LG refrigerators for me going forward.

Daniel was very professional and explained everything that he was doing. The repairs were challenging, but he was determined to solve the puzzle!
