Argyn provided outstanding Service and fixed our Thermador oven that was not heating up. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and ordered the part the same day. We were so happy that he was able to come before the snowstorm. Even though we went a few days without an oven, once the part arrived, he came over immediately and took care of the repair. Oh, and the price was very reasonable, and we even received a discount for being a first time customer. We will definitely use Ultrafix in the future for other issues. Thank you, Ultrafix and Argyn!

I can't say enough great things, Argyn was so great to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure my fridge was taken care of, and when it turned out that the fridge couldn't be fixed he made sure I was refunded and gave me tips on what fridge to buy next. I ended up needing to call customer service, and everyone on the phone was fantastic. I'll absolutely call them for my next repair if something breaks, hopefully it won't but I know I'll be taken care of if that happens

Professional, knowledgeable and fast service!
Umid was able to repair the heating element and replace the defrost sensor and save us from needing to buy another refrigerator. He made sure everything was in good working order before he left and was respectful of our property (cleaned up after the work etc)

Argon was by far the best technician I have met in appliance repair. He is well mannered, polite and respectful. He came to fix a small thing and showed us how dangerous the amount of lint in the drier could be. His knowledge and hard work really was appreciated. He is the best!!

Ramil was the technician that repaired my ice maker and water lines. I received same day service, and he arrived in the appointed window of time. Ramil was efficient and did my repair in no time. He was happy to explain the problem and offer suggestions. I am happy to say that I would use ultrafix for any future problems.

The technician Ramil did a great job. UltraFix was great about communicating the actual arrival of the technician, something every homeowner should appreciate. Ramil quickly identified the problem with my dishwasher and was able to repair it on the spot. The charge for the repair was fair and appropriate. Weill use them again, hopefully not too soon..

When Argyn came to service our stove, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. We had been dealing with burner issues for over a year. At one point, only three out of four burners were working, and when another stopped functioning, it became a bigger concern for our household.

Argyn carefully diagnosed the problem and restored all of our burners. The stove now works as if it were brand new again - fully functional and reliable. It genuinely feels like we have our appliance back at its original level of performance.

He did an excellent job, and we are very grateful for his work. This will definitely be the company we call for any future repairs.
