Great service and friendly staff — and they made sure not to scuff my kitchen floor when rolling out my refrigerator, as the last repair service did!

Within 2 days of delivery, my new Sub Zero refrigerator’s interior water dispenser failed. Mr Appliance is one of 3 authorized sub zero providers in my area. Muhammad was assigned, came in 2 days and identified the non-functioning switch in very short time. He ordered the part through Sub Zero who had identified and sent the wrong part. Mohamed confirmed and reordered the correct part according to Sub Zero contact part number. He completed the repair within two days of the part’s arrival. Muhammad communicated several times to confirm each appointment and just before confirming his time of arrival. He was completely on time. He was meticulous to keep the work area clean & neat, and very considerate of items in the kitchen and the refrigerator shelves/lights and controls. I will happily request Muhammad for any future appliance repairs. He is well experienced, courteous, polite, and on time. Thank you from a happy customer.

We had a fantastic experience with Josh from Mr appliance. Booking online was easy and they came the next day, and he walked us through all of our options depending on what the problem turned out to be. In the end he got it working at a reasonable price. Very friendly and knowledgeable and I would absolutely recommend them to others.

The first technician who visited my house and looked at my refrigerator didn't quite have enough experience, so they called in a more experienced technician. He was wonderful and my refrigerator is Tip Top now. I highly recommend Mr Appliance.

My Thermador Oven broke for The second time. (It is an overpriced piece of junk that I don’t recommend to anyone! But that should be zero stars for Thermador). The first time I went to get it fixed, it took literally three months. So when it happened this time, I was exhausted before I even started the process. I called one company that I found online as I didn’t want to go with the same ones that fixed it last time because it took so long. Basically, I wasted $100on a diagnostic Visit and they told me that my electricity/circuit wasn’t working. I knew that wasn’t the case, So I went on my search again, this time going directly to the Thermador site To see who they recommended.

Mr. appliance was the first one they listed. I called them and had to wait a few days to get an appointment, which is always a better sign than them being immediately available. The first visit was $150, which was an average of $50-$70 more than other companies. However, If you use them for the repairs, that money went Against your total bill.

Josh showed up on time and I immediately knew that I was in good hands. It was not my circuit. It was my circuit board in my smart stove. He gave me an estimate right there and it It later turned out to be perfectly accurate. Actually, my total bill was a little bit less cause it took less time for him to Fix it.

They have a really cool process where the part that is needed/ordered is sent directly to your house. He set up his follow up appointment at the first visit. He told me when the part would arrive. All he asked, is that if it didn’t Arrive as scheduled, that I would contact him.

Everything happened exactly like he said it would. He arrived today. Installed the part and showed me why it was defective. I could not believe how easy the process was. I was incredibly impressed with the knowledge of Josh. All the custom homes around me have the same exact stove and I plan on sharing Mr. appliance and Josh with all of them.

Sorry the review was so long, But honestly, they are worth every penny as they get the job done right and they get it right the first time. And while that first diagnostic visit was a little more, I did not feel the overall price for the service was Overpriced at all. Use this company! They are awesome!

The out line from our dishwasher sprung a leak and needed to be replaced. This happened right before Christmas so even though not fixed until the day after Christmas we appreciate the speed and service provided.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Realized our fridge was leaking 24 hours before going out of town. They came that day, the service person they sent was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Diagnosed the issue quickly and correctly. Ordered the part and had everything fixed correctly, quickly and for a very fair price. Will be using them for any issues in the future

Daniel was very professional and kind. Even though our oven is in a tight spot, Daniel found a way to replace the burner. Great job, highly recommend!

The replacement of the pump for my dishwasher was complicated and time consuming. However, Muhammad kept me apprised of each step. He was very courteous and cleaned the work area once finished.

Mr. Appliance was very responsive. The lights in our refrigerator stopped working. Milad arrived and diagnosed the issue, he had to order the parts. A week later he returned and installed everything. He was very polite and efficient. We were very pleased with the service and the company.

I would leave negative stars if possible. These guys are shady - do NOT use!!! They lied and said my less than 2 year Miele dryer was not covered by warranty. I needed a working dryer urgently and so went forward with the repair before contacting Miele directly. After the tech did the repair and said my dryer was rusty inside and he recommended replacing it with something cheap - like LG - I called Miele directly. The dryer IS still covered by warranty. So this shady unscrupulous repair service charged me over $800 for something Miele would cover. Miele is looking into the charge and I also am reporting them to my credit card company. Fraudsters.

Daniel was the technician that came out to my house. He was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Mr. appliance again as this was a great experience.

Very professional service; highly recommend Mr. Appliance! Daniel correctly diagnosed the problem causing my refrig knocking sounds, then arrived a couple of days later when the part came in to install it. He arrived early within the appointed time slot, quickly put in the new part, then waited for a few minutes to make sure the sound didn't return. He was great!
Will use Mr. Appliance again for any other repairs.

I am very disappointed with this service. I paid $158 just for someone to look at my washer, only to be quoted $516 to replace the suspension. That amount is more than the cost of buying a brand-new washing machine.

The pricing is completely unreasonable and feels exploitative. Charging more than the price of a new appliance for a repair is not fair business practice. I would not recommend this service based on my experience. Hope you won’t stay on business for long.

I got an appointment on the day requested. Daniel came and quickly figured out the problem with my washing machine. Luckily it was just a clogged filter, and he was able to fix it right there. Daniel and the company were very courteous and professional, and I highly recommend them!

Mohammad was very professional as well as nice to talk with. Our ice maker was fixed which saved us from buying a new refrigerator. He offered various tips for any additional concerns for older appliances.
We had a good experience overall and would be happy to use Mr Appliance again.

I've used the services of Mr. Appliance several times. Most recently, Milad ran a diagnostic of my washer/dryer combo unit. He patiently answered my questions. He also offered advice on issues to watch out for in the future and best practices to avoid them.

Excellent , highly professional service. Yalcin is an experienced and competent technician . And he is punctual, courteous and helpful. Left the work site spotlessly clean.Highly recommended. Service is a little expensive but worth the extra cost. The price of the needed part ( Bosch OEM) appeared excessive.
