After submitting my inquiry, they promptly called me and scheduled a same-day visit for diagnostic testing. The technician was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to explain the issue clearly.

Fantastic service! Our technician, Dee, immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed it . He explained each step of what he was doing. I’m confident that if the refrigerator drain clogs again I can fix it by myself.
He also fixed the stove which wasn’t lighting.
He was very professional, courteous, and neat.
I will definitely ask for Dee when I need something else fixed.

Dee was excellent. He found the problem a previous repair person hadn't found and fixed it quickly and with obvious expertise. He exuded professionalism and fully explained the issue and encouraged any questions. As I said, Dee was excellent in all ways.

This company came out at the request & recommendation of my insurance company on 11/5/2024 as of today the repairs have NOT been completed. Long story short: the gentleman that came out didn’t know what he was doing. He ordered parts & told us they didn’t work that he needed to order another part & he never came back. He advised my insurance company on 12/31/2024 that the job was completed. I have microwave parts on my countertop. We will be contacting the BBB, this shouldn’t happen to anyone else.

Mr. Appliance is THE place to call for SubZero and other high-end appliance repairs. We’ve been using them for at least two decades. When our SubZero icemaker stopped working last week, the company promptly dispatched a technician, Josh, who explained clearly what was wrong and why is was best to replace this 22 year old part (for the first time!). The new icemaker arrived within a week.
