These guys are horrible. I would steer as clear as possible. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I contacted them for a dishwasher repair. It was running but had entirely stopped heating up or cleaning the dishes. They came and provided me with a $450 estimate to replace the motor. I should have run when it took nearly three weeks, and repeated calls, for them to finally schedule a repair. They ultimately replaced my dishwasher's motor, charged me the $450, but never fixed the problem. After repeated calls over another month they ultimately came back twice but did absolutely nothing. Their repair man even told me that to make the dishwasher work I had to first run the hot water to make sure it heated up before running the dishwasher. What??? Who's ever heard of that. I certainly didn't have to do that before their "repairs." Isn't the motor (they put in) supposed to heat the water? They refused to refund my money and finally stopped coming out to fix my dishwasher.

Ben with one stop appliances provided excellent service. I have been working with these guys for nearly 5 years and they are always responsive with great attention to details and results. My go to guys for Applaince repairs in the DMV!

We called One stop when our wine cooler just stopped working. It is an older model and we thought we would have to replace it. We called several places and One stop was able to come out for diagnostic visit for a more reasonable price than other repair sites and said they would apply the service visit to any repairs if needed. We were able to get an appt very quickly and the diagnosis was a broken thermostat. They ordered the part and came to fix it quickly. They were efficient, professional and that repair saved us thousands of dollars (what a new cooler would have cost). They made a follow up call next day to ensure everything was working. Would use them again

Very good service and very reasonable prices. The tech that came out was very professional. He ended up having to spend a lot of time in defrosting the refrigerator but did not complain. I was able to get someone very quickly to come look at the refrigerator and the service charge applied to the parts and labor. I would greatly recommend this company for businesses and residences.

My dryer was running but not drying the clothes.
We have called One stop Appliances Repair , they have gave an appointment the same day and the technician did not take too long to arrive on time.
He has explained what's wrong the our Samsung dryer , what needs to be fixed and how to use it afterwards.
My dryer has been fixed with a reasonable price wich is making very happy.
I highly recommend this company.

I have called the On Stop App Repair 3 Xs. Each service call the tech was prompt - polite- and cost was reasonable. The 3rd time I called the part became faulty within days and the Tech responded back immediately-fixed the issue and parts at no cost. I will be calling on this company for years to come.
