Stay away! They were very late and only showed up because I texted them again after the appointment was past. Then they came and misdiagnosed the problem and said it needed like $1000 in parts that are hard to find. But worst of all, after stringing me along for a month, they even stopped responding to whether they were even still trying to find the part or not. I then gave up and found another company to come by who fixed it in an hour on the first visit!!!

Called to repair our dishwasher. They came to my home promptly and informed me of a service fee to come out to diagnose the problem. No problem, the service fee applies to the labor costs of repair. The problem was identified and, although they needed to come back twice with parts, the dishwasher is fixed! The technician was a bit stumped by the problem but he persevered after calling the manufacturer. I appreciate the extra time and consideration and saving me the time and money of buying a new dishwasher.

While we didn't end up getting a diagnostic or repair, there is something to be said about their superior communication and willingness to work with the customer's timeline. I was able to call the technician assigned to us last minute and cancel our appointment which was helpful as our needs changed unexpectedly.

5 Stars!!! We contacted One Stop Appliance Repairs to resolve an issue with the water dispenser on a refrigerator at one of our rental properties. They were very responsive to our request for service and dispatched a technician the very next day to diagnose the issue. I met Mo and his helper at the property. They were on time, courtesy and professional and quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repair on the spot and at a very fair price! I couldn’t be happier with their service and would highly recommend this company for all your appliance repair needs.

Would not recommend. Came out to look at a refrigerator drawer and a dishwasher intake valve. Charged $89 for the visit, that would go towards any repairs - that was reasonable.
Told me they would call with a price for the part and labor costs. Never heard from them. I called three times and they said they would call back and they never did. Finally called again and he said the cost would be $589 (conveniently recouping the $89)
For just the dishwasher intake valve (online these valves run $40-80)

I first called because the handle on microwave broke off and the dryer stopped working. Ben came that same day. While here, he kindly dislodged a shelf in the fridge that was stuck and opened up the rubber cover of the garbage disposal for better drainage—all with no charge. He installed a fan in the dryer, but it turned out also to need a new motor. He ordered the motor and microwave handle and came back 3 working days later to finish these tasks. The price was reasonable. Because he had to come out twice for the dryer, he did not charge labor the second time. He was courteous, efficient, and in the end totally effective, saving me hundreds of dollars for a new microwave and dryer. If I had any wish, it would be to clean up the floor after his work, but I think cleaning is not part of most service these days. He did remove old parts and boxes. He also found lots of coins under the dryer and bothered to pick them up for us. I would not hesitate to call him again if I needed his services and I recommend him to every one. You don’t always find someone as competent and responsive as Mo Ben.
