She also helped me to deal with the insurance company. I am completely satisfied with Floodtech3’s service and I would highly recommend!

Speed of service in this day and age is very important, especially when it comes to a water damage due to mold or fire due to toxins. FloodTech 3 had an answer and solution for my situation.

Unfortunately the supply line to a toilet malfunctioned overnight, so only in the morning did we find our 1st floor inundated with water. Our home insurance company recommended Flood Tech 3; in turn I can attest to the professional, prompt, and friendly service rendered for the initial clean-up and doing everything necessary to expose all areas to be dried by the 3 heavy-duty dehumidifiers and 5 special fans that completely dried-up ALL the effected areas over this past weekend. The crew showed-up with all the equipment needed, worked diligently, and bundled-up all the water-logged carpeting, underlying pad, sheet rock that had to be cut out and the base boards. All done in a very coordinated & efficient manner. HIGHLY Recommend this company who has a team very capable in making a difference in a short amount of time. So glad I called them!!!

My insurance company recommended FloodTech after a water heater leak. They did an excellent job of drying out my basement and removing mold. They were very understanding and patient with me when I had to cancel several visits due to a medical emergency with a family member. Pleased with their service.

Flood Tech 3 was referred by my insurance company (USAA). This is my first claim with my insurance. I had Ahmad as my coordinator. He has been awesome from the beginning, following up with my adjuster and also giving me updates (phone call and pictures). They ended up changing all my flooring, kitchen cabinets, and some of the walls and ceilings due to a pipe burst. If you want updates and good communication, I would definely call them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a team going above and beyond. I am still working with them to finish final touches, but I would hire them again for any other home issues or improvements.

If you are looking for low par sloppy work.. grout / cement all over the place.. cut into previous trim.. spilled cement on tiles and installed tiles with stains.. then the transition cracked and not even lined up.
Then this trash company is definitely your place to go.

Two no call, no shows. Waiting this morning for them to come out and finish our downstairs, half our living space, after they said they would be here and they aren't here. I have called twice and no answer. Our basement is about to celebrate the three month anniversary of disrepair and no work has been done in a few weeks. I wouldn't mind the slow progress if there was communication, but there hasn't been.

Extremely horrible experience. Quality of work and skills are lacking bad. Would not use this company at all ever again.. installed tiles with cement/grout everywhere. Stains on the tiles as well. Then the transition strip not even laid down properly. I would give 0 stars if I could..

We had water back up into our basement. Our insurance company recommended Flood Tech 3. We were very pleased with their service. Monty and his team were able to come that same night and stayed until 1 am helping the situation. Excellent follow up over the next couple of days, even leaving a dehumidifier onsite longer when I requested it to really feel like the basement had dried out. We were so pleased with our experience that we hired the company for the basement repair work. Peter was a really good project manager. Totally on top of things and answering all our questions with the best advice for the repairs. Jorge and the work crew did a great job with flooring and carpet installation, painting, and dry wall repair. Definitely would recommend them.

Initial dry out experience with Flood Tech 3 went smoothly and efficiently. They were then assigned the restoration work which is where everything went wrong. First, they damaged my hardwood floor removing the tubing that was taped down during the dry out process. I called the office immediately upon noticing and sent a text with pictures. Four month later, they have yet to compensate or provide a counter offer for the damage they caused. Additionally, the communication prior to and during the attempted restoration process was severely lacking. They could not match the chair rail or baseboard and decided without consulting me, to install the wrong items. I had to stop the workers and call the office. Once the process of going back to insurance was complete, I received a phone call saying the items we picked out would be ordered. I said the lack of communication during this has been horrible and in fact the whole process has been sub par. Massi, one of the owners, said Flood Tech 3 would be walking away from the project. Rather than deal with their faults and correct their errors they'd rather walk away and leave a customer in the lurch. We subsequently found a contractor to complete the work. I would not recommend Flood Tech 3.

FloodTech provided quick setup after our water damage, which we appreciated. We were given very little time to read and sign documents and communication could be clearer. We weren't initially informed about the expected number of days the dehumidifiers would be running, leading to some surprise when it extended beyond what we anticipated. Additionally, a more transparent approach to business practices, including pricing and anticipated costs, would be beneficial. While the team was professional, better managing expectations upfront would improve the overall experience. A clearer outline of timeline and expenses would make it easier for clients to plan accordingly.

Floodtech can be trusted to provide efficient dry out services and drywall repair/painting but DO NOT under any circumstance let them handle the floor/carpet repairs on your property. The hardwood they installed is uneven and lifting up off the floor when walked on. They have said they’d come inspect it on 3 different occasions and have failed to show up. Very disappointed in the sloppy work and unprofessionalism.

Floodtech3 handled our issues with such ease and precision. They provided the best communication, service and professionalism. Their staff was attentive to our personal belongings when arriving on site. Highly recommended!

Floodtech was the selected contractor through our insurance company. While the work they completed was good, there was alot of times when they were hard to contact, untimely and they damaged our furniture without saying anything to us about it. We found the damaged items after they completed the work and we were moving the items back in place. Needless to say, we'll never use them again. If you do, check all of your items before you pay the bill or sign that insurance check.

Fantastic remodeling of floor and lighting after a flood. Winston was thorough, and helpful with guidance, from beginning to end. I will recommend Floodtech to anyone, in the future, that needs remodeling.

Ongoing incomplete work. Poor communication. Have been dealing with this since July. Had to take time off work without pay and sitting here waiting for scheduled completion and they are a no-show. The only reason I have even given a star is because of the supervisor’s inspection eye for detail and expecting their work to be completed professionally. He seems as frustrated as I do with the painters and roofers. He wants it done properly as much as I do

We had flood damage to our condo and our insurance company conscripted Flood Tech 3 to move, store, and return our items once the repair work was completed. (The repair work was completed by a different company). The team was led by Griseyda Blanco and I cannot speak more highly of their professionalism and care they showed to our items. Griseyda coordinated with us all the way through and checked continuously with us along the way to make sure we were satisfied with the progress. The entire crew was pleasant and worked together to get the job done. This happened both ways, removing and returning the items. During the move we had an issue with the freight elevator in the building, but the crew adapted and Griseyda ran point on getting the move completed on time. There was at the end one incident where a painting frame was broken. I was told immediately and the frame was replaced by the company and returned to us with no problem.
I recommend this company and this crew.

Omgoodness 💕 If I could give Flood Tech 3 a far higher rating that 5 stars, I would give them hundreds of stars. They came ti my rescue after having water damage. They were professional, courteous, kind & helpful when I didn't understand it all. Flood Tech 3 is the absolute best ever!!!! All of my flooring on the lower level of my house had to be replaced; samples were brought in and I got to choose my colors, even the paint, how awesome is that. The turn-around time from start to finish was amazing. Communication was exceptional, even with the language difference, I had no problem. I totally, 1,000%

All 3 levels of my home was saturated in water due to the water supply to a bathroom on the top floor failing while we were out of town for a few days. FloodTech3 came in immediately and got my home completely dried out in a matter of days. They were readily available, quick, professional and did an amazing job. They were so good that I also used them for the restoration of my home. Yet again, they did an amazing job! I’d recommend them a million times over.

We were highly pleased with their excellent customer service and craftsmanship....our "new" bathroom looks so great!! We weren't quite sure what to do in an area and their recommendations weren't anything we could've imagined on our own and it turned out so perfect!! Hoping to be able to do more renovations in the future and will definitely reach out to them first. :)
