Michelle, Rusty and Francisco are an absolute pleasure to work with. In the past few months they have done a couple of projects for us. Most recently they have come out to install a range hood in the kitchen which is not an easy task! They have done a beautiful job. We love it! They are incredibly professional, very detail orientated and friendly. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for future work.

This is the second time we have used M + M Contracting Solutions. The first time was for an outdoor pillar project, and it turned out wonderful. This time (our second time) was for a master bathroom conversion from tub to shower project and we were not disappointed.

We are absolutely thrilled with both projects they have done for us.

Our friends have used cheaper options and they have had a lot of issues with the results, and we have had ZERO issues with M&M.

M&M is well worth the money and are definitely worth the results that they produce.

Michelle, Rusty and Francisco did a great job for us with a pretty quick bathroom fix up. I wanted to keep costs low and they helped me figure out how to source the materials needed. They were polite and professional, and Michelle provided outstanding email updates to keep me up to date on the project. From the time I got in touch with Michelle and Rusty about a master bath remodel, I was impressed with their professionalism and integrity. They are on top of their game when it comes to technical knowledge, expertise, communication and implementation. There was always clear communication about the status of the project and the crew (Troy and Bryan) were always on time and so respectful of our home. After completing the remodel within the timeline and budget, I hired them for two additional projects. The wood on my front porch was rotten and everything was outdated. Troy, Rusty and Bryan did an amazing job replacing my porch columns, railings, gutter and downspouts, recessed lights, smart doorbell and painting. They also worked tirelessly installing hardwood floors in four bedrooms and closets. I have no reservations giving MMCS my highest recommendation. I am confident you cannot go wrong hiring them for your project.

We recently completed a beautiful kitchen and bathroom renovation with M&M Contracting Solutions, and Michelle and Rusty's team were by far the best part of our entire project. They handled every challenge thrown at them with professionalism and found solutions where others may have thrown up their hands and said 'enough.' Some of the challenges we encountered included a rat infestation, major water damage that created a dangerous hole in the floor, mold damage and remediation, electrical issues hidden behind poorly framed walls discovered after the remediation, uneven floors and walls, mismeasurements by third party vendors, nearly every piece of cabinetry and most appliances delivered damaged and had to be re-ordered (sometimes twice), multiple items lost at warehouses in transit, other supply chain issues in getting materials... basically, you name it, it happened and M&M found ways to make it all work regardless. The quality of their workmanship is great, everyone on their team was kind and skilled, and we are so, so happy with the final results. We couldn't have asked for a better partner in navigating this project in our older, problem-laden home.

We completed a service for Michelle and handled the project professionally from start to finish.

Unfortunately, the communication after the service was extremely poor. Our phone calls and emails were not returned, and on a few occasions the phone was answered and disconnected without any discussion. This created a very negative and frustrating experience for our company.

Clear communication and mutual respect are very important in any business relationship. Sadly, that was missing in this case.

My experience with Great Exterior and Interior has been more than satisfying. The work quality is excellent. The workers are professionals who know their trades and pay attention to the customer’s needs. For a couple of weeks, I had them working several projects at my house which included painting the whole house, changing all the baseboards and all electrical outlets and doing a complete remodeling of my laundry room and studio room, etc… The finish product is wonderful in addition to the consulting sessions they provide in deciding which paint to use and some specific details most people are not usually thinking about. On top of it, everyday at the end of the day they leave a clean and safe worksite that I had to live in during these two weeks.

Over the past year, they have completed several outdoor projects to include a large deck refurbishment and a large patio refurbishment. With each project, Guillermo and Hector took time to listen to our desired outcome, survey the work, and make suggestions based on their expertise and experience. This might be my 6th project with Great Exteriors and Interiors and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my home. Anything I need done they are very professional and get it done right the first time. It’s hard to find a contractor you trust with every aspect of your home. After some failed remodels with other companies I won’t be trusting anyone else.

The team at Great Exteriors and Interiors LLC have worked on four projects at my house. 1st project they installed recessed lighting in three rooms and did some minor Sheetrock repair around a casement window in the basement. The second one was a full kitchen remodel (pictured). They transformed my kitchen from a 1980’s builder grade box of kitchen into a semi-open concept classy and modern kitchen. I enjoy cooking and now have a kitchen that I love cooking in . The third project was replacing the post supporting my second story deck. And the final project was replacing my back and side fence. The work was top quality, the team was professional, and on time. Especially with the kitchen remodel, they provided me with a timeline that was reasonable and there were no delays. They provided updates and times that I should expect the various team members at my house. If times needed to change they would let me know so I would not be caught by surprise. They were also very consultive during the planning stage, providing me with options and alternative that could make the most out of space and the remodel. I will happily use them again.
