I have been using Orlin Painting and Remodeling for our interior painting needs for years, and they have always provided top notch service with reasonable prices. This time we asked them to renovate our guest bathroom, and Orlin and his team came through for us again. They took a 20 year old, tired bathroom, ripped everything out, and gave us the clean, updated look we envisioned. They were awesome with working around our work schedules, and made sure we were getting exactly what we asked for. His team members are total pros who are on-time, efficient, and always a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend using them for your painting/reno projects!

Orlin was a pleasure to work with! Very responsive and professional and his guys were also knowledgeable, on time and did a beautiful job! We wanted to half color the walls to prepare for future chair molding and they followed our cut lines and cut a few we missed. This house was in disarray but they made it beautiful! Between the painting and restoring the floor they were top notch we will be using them again in the future.

Orlin and team took on my deck repair with an approach that met my needs and budget and delivered a fantastic result. Great team, great service and very fair prices with upfront and honest assessment of issues and snags. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Orlin and his team did a great job restoring my kitchen after a water leak from my neighbor. He was quick to respond to my questions, took care of any issues immediately and cleaned up well afterwards. While he was contracted thru ServiceMaster - I have already have him do a few small things around my place and am getting some estimates from him for a bathroom remodel. Highly recommend Orlin and his team.

We've used Orlin for interior and exterior painting at two homes and each time they did a great job. They originally painted our remodeled kitchen and family room in our Northern VA home. When we discovered some minor water damage to the ceiling in our dining room, they were able to add that to the job without any issues. We turned to Orlin again about a year later when we needed repainting (interior and exterior) of another home in Central Virginia. They completed the job early and did an excellent job. They are very professional and friendly painters. Orlin is responsive and his staff are respectful of your property and are very reasonably priced.

No offense, but Kirk seems to be right, you don't answer the phone. Can't tell if you are good to work with if we can't get your attention. And no, I did not leave a message. I just have horrid luck leaving messages at a business .

I have read the previous reviews and quite honestly, my experience with this company has been nothing but first rate. I was so impressed with their responsiveness, the technicians that showed up at our home, their knowledge and willingness to answer questions.

Charged $600 for one of the worst pool renderings ever seen. They were not concerned with returning the money or improving the illustration. Their software is from the 90s.

These guys inspected and opened the pool at the house I just bought, on the recommendation of my Realtor. That part worked well enough, but follow-ups were virtually impossible: they don't answer the phone, and rarely, if ever, return your calls. Their prices don't make up for the lack of service, either. Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys if you want actual service.

For 15 years I suffered through poor and inconsistent service from various pool service companies and assumed it was just the industry standard. Then I found Caribbean. They are incredibly professional, competent and pro-active in maintaining my pool and the folks in the office are delightful and engaging. Love these Guys.

Paul and his son along with Ruth have been great to work with. Our pool has had some issues, and they have been able to work to knock down every problem that we have encountered. Bottom line is, I trust them and they are amazing at what they do. My family appreciates everything they have done to get our pool into shape!

This is a top notch pool service company. I have used several in the area, and Caribbean is hands down the best. They return calls and emails very promptly. They show up on time and fully-equipped to perform repairs or upgrades, and the pricing is very fair. The customer service reps in the office (Ruth) are very polite and return calls with either answers to questions or estimates of when someone else will be able to respond. The workers are polite and perform work in professional manner and leave no mess behind. The weekly service occurs on the same day each week (with notice for changes of holidays), and at around the same time, and they leave the pool sparkling clean. In addition, if necessary, you as a customer can have access to the owner of the company, who has on several occasions spent an hour on the phone with me explaining various issues and solutions, once even while he was on vacation. Don't go anywhere else.

Caribbean Pools provides excellent service in a timely manner, often scheduling service visits within a week and often sooner. Our pool ran into a myriad of issues throughout the season this year and I could always count on a prompt email response or phone call from Ruth. As a pool novice, I was happy to be able to speak with Paul who informed me of the ins and outs of maintaining a pool. Each time Jeremy came out to service the pool, he was professional, friendly, and efficient about his work. They even delivered accessories/chemicals when they came out for service calls, which was convenient and saved a trip to the shop. Would recommend this business and will be retaining their services again next season.

Last Summer, I paid for the open,close and by weekly cleaning service. These pictures were from June 22nd of last year. This is what the pool looked like for half of the time during the summer. I had to cancel multiple events at my home because of the state of my pool. I reached out to the office weekly, they kept telling me they are too busy to send someone this week but someone experienced would be out my way soon. It took them two months to send an experienced employee to my home.
Despite this, they would not accept the blame for the awful service and in the same breath would tell me they are too busy to care. They clearly do not care about my business and I feel taken advantage of.

I highly advise against using their service.
