The two guys at the desk were having a conversation about irrelevant things. I asked for an item he told me to just tell the guy packing everything up.

Front counter has a nasty attitude, guy seem to be agitated because I added to my order ticket. I rather go to dominion in dc or laurel.

Today, my wife and I had a less than satisfactory experience with Dominion Electrical Supply. As customers, we had high expectations of receiving assistance and guidance, especially given that we were making a significant purchase of lighting fixtures for our new home. Unfortunately, we felt ignored and unwelcome from the moment we walked in. The lack of attention and assistance from the staff only added to our frustration.

It was disappointing to see the staff looking for anything else to do except help us out, and when we asked for specific lighting style guidance, a staff member was unhelpful and lacked knowledge in the area. Fortunately, we found a much better experience at Alexandria Lighting and Design. The staff was helpful, the showroom was nice, and we received all the assistance we needed. It's always refreshing to come across businesses that prioritize customer service, especially in an era where online sales and instant gratification are the norm.

Overall, our experience with Dominion Electrical Supply was disappointing, and we cannot recommend them. While we do not want to blame the poor experience on the hipster culture of Arlington, we do encourage others to seek out better options, such as Alexandria Lighting and Design. It's important for businesses to take customer feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to provide better experiences for their customers.

I am so very appreciative of the help I received at the Alexandria Dominion. This was my 3rd place to check after trying closer and I was growing worried. Not only were they efficient, but I get to keep my old light for now in my workshop until I can afford to move on to an LED one.

Christopheros arrived on time, was very professional, pleasant, and knowlegeable about the issue. He wore a face mask (maybe N95 or KN95) and maintained social distancing, which I really appreciate. The repair only took a few minutes. He provided a detailed background on the cause of the issue and patiently answered all my questions. Everyone I spoke to were pleasant and very professional. I will definitely contact PSE again if I need some electrical work to be done in the future.

Had a technician visit to get a quote a month ago. Heard nothing. Ive called to kindly ask when I could expect to hear back. It’s now been a month and heard nothing. Instead of ghosting potential customers, please just be upfront you’re not interested in new business.

Installed outlet in fireplace for gas insert. The technicians from NASR electric were prompt, courteous and professional. NASR electric obtained the permit and scheduled the inspection and Joseph Nasr came to do the inspection virtually with the Fairfax County inspector. Replace old circuit board to 200 amp and run new wires into the kitchen for appliances

SUPERB JOB!!!! Joseph came to provide an estimate. It was a very fair price and Joseph has a straight forward, no-nonsense approach to his jobs. I was impressed! I interviewed 3 other companies, all of them more expensive. When Joseph and his other electricians arrived to remove the old fuse box and install the 200 amp circuit breaker, it was done in the most efficient way. They arrived just before 8 am and were finished by about 3 pm. It included 3 wires run through the ceiling into the kitchen for new appliances. They cleaned up all of their debris and dust on the floor. Really great job in every aspect! I couldn't be happier with his work.

After working with Joseph several years ago to install ceiling fans and replace wired smoke alarms, I had the pleasure of working with him again for the installation of an EV charger with a subpanel in my detached garage. I can confidently say that his team exceeded my expectations in every aspect.
