Chris and the team were fabulous, professional, and so easy to work with. They were flexible with my budget and my changes. Looking forward to continuing the effort with Campbell & Ferrara.

Chris Myers worked with us on building our fence and it looks AMAZING. Better than we expected, and we had high hopes! Chris came very highly recommended to us by a neighbor. And It’s easy to see why right away. Chris worked around our busy schedules and not only listened to our specific wants and needs, he made sure they actually got done. Can’t say enough wonderful things about Chris and everyone else I dealt with at Campbell and Ferrara. Absolutely will not hesitate to work with them again.

My front yard was filled with mature shrubs and was definitely in need of a refresh. I had used Campbell and Ferrara many years ago with excellent results so they were my first and only choice. I was very happy with the professional and pleasant Campbell and Ferrara staff--from the landscape designer, Jeff Trafidlo, to Oscar, the crew chief, and all the workers. Jeff listened to what I wanted and made good suggestions. The work was done in a timely manner removing the old and replacing with beautiful new shrubs. The crew left the yard and surrounding hardscape cleaner than they found it. Heartily recommend!

Campbell & Ferrara has provided beautiful solutions for my landscaping needs. Peter Rhyne is very knowledgeable, has excellent ideas, is easy to contact, and is quick to respond. He cares about the environment and uses natives when possible. The crews are consistently on time, very hard-working, helpful, and friendly. I know if they plant it, it will survive. Clean-up is superior. One of the best things about Campbell & Ferrara is the outstanding quality of their plants.

I’ve lived in my house for decades and used several landscape design firms. Campbell & Ferrara is the best I’ve found by far. Highly recommend!

We are very pleased with the transformation of the front of our house and the hillside by our pool. The crew was so hardworking and efficient. They did a beautiful job creating Peter's landscaping design for us even though the topography of the hillside wasn't easy to work with. We highly recommend Campbell & Ferrara and Peter Rhyme.

This experience far exceeded my already high expectations. There’s a whole list of good things starting with: they let me know when they were coming; they showed up exactly on time each day; they shared the design process and decision making; they transplanted healthy plants to other spots in the yard; they cleaned the heck out of the weeds in the bed - every last weed is gone!! They brought in beautiful healthy plants; they showed me how to water them; they mulched everywhere. They tidied everything up. I got great value for the cost. And the cost was reasonable!! This is the first and smaller project of two they are doing for us. I’m looking forward to having them back and can’t wait to see how beautiful it will be when finished. I highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience with Campbell & Ferrera! Peter designed an amazing backyard and front improvements, provided great advice and suggestions along the way. His design is not only functional; it is also beautiful especially our pollinator garden! Throughout the process, he was very helpful, answering our questions and making tweaks to the plan as we worked through our options and installation. The project started on time and the lead, Oscar, kept the project moving ahead of schedule. Even after completion, Peter came to check in and answer all of our questions. It was a wonderful experience with a local company. We will definitely go back for any future projects!

Campbell & Ferrara have been great to work with. We brought them in to help us create a long-term front and backyard plan that we can execute in phases over time. The main priority was privacy plantings. We worked with Peter, and he took a lot of time to walk through our yard, get an idea of what we want for plantings, and suggested great resolutions that would maximize our budget. The crews that came onsite were great. Very thoughtful and efficient. C&F isn't cheapest option, but they also aren't overpriced. We needed someone that could help direct us and help us make good decisions that would last. We've done cheaper or self-execution in the past and have had to transplant remove, and replace - it honestly can end up being more expensive and more work in the long run. C&F will help you create a vision and work with you to create outdoor living that is best for you and your space!

4.5 - Chris and the Campbell & Ferrara Team did a great job on our backyard landscaping project. They worked with us to tailor the design to our needs and executed the project in a timely fashion. The work quality was high with the exception of the initial foundation on our new shed, which took some re-work due to the slope / location of the shed.

Campbell & Ferrara did AMAZING work transforming the landscape of my new house. It was a big project and the end-result is absolutely beautiful - front yard and backyard. It was such a pleasant experience working with everyone at this company from the very beginning to the very end. I will be a forever client. My designer Chris Czech totally got my vision and worked so collaboratively with me throughout the process. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and energetic. She made this project fun! We contacted C&F to get a consult on repairing our back patio and a persistent backyard storm water drainage issue. C&F's Christopher Myers, a highly qualified landscape architect (ASLA, ISA Certified, LEED Green) listened carefully to our concerns, batted ideas back and forth with us, and responded with a comprehensive and innovative proposal, including drawings, specifications, and itemized costs. The project was complex, involving several runs of drainage trenching, targeted regrading, foundational patio rebuild, and renovation of stonework in our front garden. C&F began and completed work in a timely manner, staying on budget. The quality of the work was exemplary. The crew was conscientious and committed to completing the work to the highest standards. Chris, Tre'on (crew lead) and Allan (production manager) were highly responsive to our questions and requests, fully transparent, and closely monitored the conduct of the work. Overall, we were greatly impressed and satisfied, plan to use C&F for our future projects, and would highly recommend them without qualification.

We did a substantial project in our yard last summer, including landscaping, hardscaping, and replacing our old deck with a screened in porch. We worked with Chris and he was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was very communicative, flexible with our schedule, and always available to answer questions, even after the project had ended. We had one small hiccup with our project (NOT the fault of Campbell and Ferrara or any of the subcontractors) and Chris handled it promptly and professionally. I would certainly work with Chris/Campbell Ferrara in the future and highly recommend them for your next project.

Campbell & Ferrara just completed a softscape project in our back yard and we are super happy with the results. We worked with Christopher Myer, who was professional and great to work with. We started off by meeting at our property and describing what we wanted to accomplish. Soon after, Chris had a full proposal for our back yard. His proposal was comprehensive and even included potential substitutes/options to the plants in the main design. From there, we scaled it back to meet our budget, and revised the design a couple of times until we were happy with it and the cost. Chris was receptive during the design reviews while still ensuring the right plants were being picked for the desired locations (ie amount of light/water/etc).

Once the design was locked in, we had a bit of a wait until the project started, but that was our fault for starting the process so late in the season. Once the crew started the work in earnest, they were done in 3 days. Everything is now planted and looking great. We can't wait for everything to take root and start growing. I'm sure by this time next year our back yard will look amazing.

Excellent experience from initial contact, to estimate/work order, to work execution, to final inspection/review! Had a townhouse backyard patio re-leveled and improved, with additional drainage installed, following some long term root and water “movement”. Found ways to efficiently reduce time and cost. No pressure, friendly and professional experience-would 100% recommend and use again!

What a great experience! From the moment I entered the retail store to buy a bonsai, to asking a question, a minute later, talking to a designer, Jeff Trafidlo, to him coming to my house; to less than two weeks later- my dream realized! Just a stairway, up my hill, so I don’t fall and die. That’s all I wanted. They didn’t talk me into a full landscape remodel; yes it could use it. He listened to me, explained the process, assured me that he was on the same page about how and what I wanted. His background was impressive as he guided us through the process. Peter solved a major drainage issue, designed a beautiful patio for us and landscaped our backyard with deer resistant perennials. It doesn't get any better than this. Peter and his crew deserve an 11 out of 10!

We are thrilled with our in-ground lighting system designed and installed by Campbell and Ferrara. Thomas designed a beautiful layout, Allan provided insights based on his long experience, and Justin and his crew completed the installation in one day, taking great care working around our existing irrigation and drainage systems. We called Campbell & Ferrara for advice and cost estimate to build a low retaining wall. From inception to completion it was a pleasure to work with a team of professionals. We were informed of the project schedule and updated on the progress which was completed on time. I had my driveway done as part of a group of projects and when they were done I was really frustrated with how it turned out. Once they were aware of that, Alan and his team worked with me to come up with a solution and made sure to quickly and thoroughly complete the project and I am really happy with the end result and will definitely consider them for future projects.
