The entire Campbell Ferrara team did a great job - from the excellent design provided by Butch to the hard work done by Inmar and his team over a few days in our yard, we got a great-looking complete retrofit of the front side of our home. Great follow-ups as well ensuring that the watering goes well and we're happy with the results. I highly recommend this excellent company!

We highly recommend this company and had a phenomenal experience working with Chris Meyer. He took time to understand our goals and budget and created a vision to make them a reality. He was patient and flexible as our backyard renovation project hit delays with other contractors, and he adjusted his landscaping schedule to accommodate. Chris provided great oversight of his workers and gave us a detailed walkthrough, along with printed instructions, for watering our new plants. We can’t wait to work with Chris again for future projects.

We had a great experience with Campbell and Ferrara. You can see the before and after photos. They worked with us to get what we wanted in terms of getting fruit trees and berry bushes, with a bit of lawn for the dog and areas for planting beds. They did an admirable job at working through solution to stay on a tight budget. We look forward to working with them again.

I have always dreamed of the day we could have our yard landscaped to absolute completion. Peter Rhyne not only filled our gardens with beautiful plants, he went beyond my imaginings with his design, including a children's sensory garden with boulders to climb on, tall grasses to run through, blueberries to pick in season, and a lovely bridge inviting them into this sweet scape. Every inch of our yard from front to back as well as the sides are blossoming with a new and wonderful variety of plants, expanded spacious patios and lovely rock retaining walls that we can also enjoying sitting upon under our trees. And all of this he has lit up at night! Beautifully done, Peter and the Campbell and Ferrara team!

We interviewed 3 contractors to design and landscape our front yard. We went with CF after meeting Jeff Trafidlo. He is upbeat, creative, responsive and flexible. Our landscape has a perfect variety of perennial and evergreens that bloom from spring to fall. We lost a few plants and they were replaced under warranty without a problem. If you are looking for a professional, high quality landscape designer, call Jeff with CF.

We knew our new home needed new landscaping, hardscaping, and outdoor lighting, but we didn’t even know where to begin. Peter came up with a beautiful new design and was so helpful, innovative, and patient throughout the whole process. We didn’t want him to leave us when the project was done—he is the Yard Whisperer!

Peter and his team did an outstanding job for us. Peter provided detailed, professional plans that made it easy to envision both our new patio and front yard changes. He was engaged with revisions, the crew was efficient and tidy, and the final result was exactly what we wanted. We’ve used them again for smaller projects because they deliver quality work. Definitely a five-star experience.

Chris Myers and his team at Campbell & Ferrara did a fantastic job on a landscaping and drainage project for our backyard. We had a portion of our backyard that was overgrown with weeds and suffered from drainage issues. We did not know where to start. Chris had a vision for the project that he developed over several site visits, and presented the renderings to us. He incorporated our preferences, and was able to execute it within two days. His team worked hard in cold weather to transform a neglected area to a highlight of our yard that tastefully incorporates better-functioning drainage. Chris is an extremely knowledgeable and detail-oriented professional who is a pleasure to work with. We are looking forward to working with him on our next project in the spring.

I have been a loyal customer of Campbell & Ferrara for quite some time. As an avid plant lover, I strive to keep my plants thriving, often collaborating with Mike Whitecomb in their plant nursery. Mike's extensive knowledge of plants has always been invaluable, and I frequently stopped to seek his advice on various plant issues. I cherish the close-knit, neighborhood feel of Campbell & Ferrara.

However, I was deeply disappointed to learn recently that they would be closing their plant nursery.  Honestly, don't know where I will seek future plant advice going forward.

During my visit, I noticed the outside team, led by Peter Rhyne, was conducting a landscaping consultation. I had always assumed my landscaping project was too small to warrant their attention. But after speaking with Peter, he welcomed my inquiries and assured me that no project was too small.

Peter offered excellent advice and completed a small patio area project for me. The work was done promptly and beautifully. I am truly grateful for Campbell & Ferrara's craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.

I am the property manager for three privately owned Animal Hospitals (Hayfield, Crosspointe, and Fort Hunt Animal Hospital), and I have been working with Maximo and his team over the last few years. Put simply they are great! I pretty much use their services year round from summer care to winter snow removal. Each hospital has their own unique challenges and layouts but I feel that Beco Landscaping has really taken the time to figure out the needs of each property. When any issues come up (dead trees, grass issues, rose bush damage, and WAY more) Maximo always reaches out to me to communicate what the issue is and does a great job at giving me options and opinions on what would be the best course of action. Lastly I have had several companies in the past handle snow removal and salting, and they have done a decent job, however Maximo and his team really stood out the first time I used their snow removal services. the parking lots at each location were clear, a salt brine was sprayed, and the sidewalks were clear. So coming from a commercial property perspective, I would highly recommend Beco Landscaping's services!

We have been using Maximo and his team for landscaping work at our house and they do a fantastic job. They have installed a new lawn for us, mowed the lawn and treated it, trimmed our large holly bush. Most recently they completed a spring clean up which involved removing leaves, pulling weeds, cutting back plants and, laying new mulch. Maximo and his team are trustworthy, reliable and fast at their work. I would highly recommend Maximo.

Beco Landscaping did an amazing job cleaning up our backyard disaster. Our yard was left completely untouched for a year while our house was under construction. Weeds everywhere, last season’s fall leaves, plants wildly overgrown—it was a mess. Maximo’s team came in and in less than a day, cleaned everything up for us, mulched, and left the yard as beautiful as before the construction started. Thank you so much for the great work!

Maximo and his team have been taking care of my yard for over three years now and they do an excellent job. Rates are fair, but the value is tremendous (see pictures). From mowing and trimming, to planting shrubs and pulling weeds, to mulching and leaf blowing, they can do it all and do it well (Maximo has even taken down several very large red oaks in my back yard). I would highly recommend Maximo to anyone looking to hire a quality landscaping company.

Excellent work. They id exactly what was needed, and as we discussed prior to the work. The crew was on time, and very efficient in performing the work. Their service is particularly flexible in tailoring the work to the particular landscape I have, instead of a one package for all. Pricing is reasonable, and is tied to the actual work performed as it is performed, rather than a fixed payment like some other services. I highly recommend Kingstowne Lawn & Landscape..

Kingstowne has absolutely excellent craftsmanship on landscaping design. Reduced the stars only because at the end of project I had a bit of back and forth on the contracting. However, Josh Gwilliam really stepped in to resolve the misunderstanding and used extra customer care and service to make me feel like a valued customer. This attention and quality come with their often higher prices - but it’s worth it if you want this level of peace of mind for the unexpected. I would use them again in the future and also carefully review their contract.
