I'm new to Kingstowne Lawn & Landscape… I saw the beautiful work they've done in my neighborhood and decided to give them a try after being very disappointed with my previous lawn service, "the Weed Man " My lawn looked horrible. The grass was deteriorating in spite of the service being provided by my previous lawn care service. Kingstown has done More for my lawn than the previous lawn care service and they
thoroughly explained what they're doing. My yard and bushes look amazing! My flower bed is gorgeous and my neighbors keep complementing me on the way it looks.. I highly recommend Kingstown lawn service

My Lawn is one of the best in my neighborhood. Their work crews are always on time, the work is neat and I never have to worry about clean up.

We are very happy with Kingstowne's work. We have very challenging front and back gardens - no grass (except ornamental), lots of perennials, flagstone paths etc. Keeping the weeds under control is a very big job. We had been searching for a reliable landscaping service for several years and have finally found one. Working with Heyner is a pleasure - he is so knowledgeable. The landscaping crew is amazing, thorough and efficient. We are so glad that we found Kingstowne.

Kingstowne lawn & landscape is excellent. They run a smooth and efficient operation, with plenty of crew members to get the job done quickly and thoroughly. I want to bring attention to some concerning behavior from this company during a job they were performing in our area. Despite repeated requests, they consistently block the road for extended periods—often around two hours—under the pretense of "just unloading." This is a busy road, and their actions significantly disrupt traffic and inconvenience local residents.

What’s more frustrating is that the property they’re working on isn’t even located on this street. I’ve asked multiple times for them to either park more responsibly or use the grass shoulder, but the requests have been ignored.

Additionally, there have been instances where they’ve improperly disposed of debris, leaving it in wooded areas behind the property rather than removing it completely. This not only creates an eyesore but raises environmental concerns. Shockingly, I’ve also witnessed one of their workers urinating in public across the street from my home.

While I cannot speak to the quality or cost of their services, I believe it’s important for potential clients to understand how they treat local residents and the surrounding neighborhood.

The crew, led by foreman Andres, did an incredibly thorough job of cleaning my front yard that was overrun by tall weeds. Then the landscape artist, Amanda McNiff, chose a good design and lovely plants to finish the project. It was a great pleasure to work with Amanda because she was lovely, pleasant, and easy to communicate with.

I've used 4 other landscaping companies over a 13yr period and by far this one has outshined them all. This is my first and best year with Kingstowne. Great job and thank you!!!!!

Great experience using all of there services. My grass is so healthy now with the treatments and weekly mowing. I will definitely continue to use Kingstown’s Lawn & Landscape!

Kingstowne has been wonderful. They come like clockwork for all services we’ve had them do: putting in French drain, cutting lawn, raking & removing leaves, cleaning gutters, assisting with coordinating tree removal. They respond to all calls and emails very quickly. I recommend them hole heartedly.

Over the moon thrilled with the amazing job they did with our backyard in Old Town. It went from looking like a jungle to a nicely kept beautiful backyard. Best part is, they got it all done in less than a day. I can’t wait to use Kingstowne again.

Due to the non-responsiveness of the Operations Manager and presumed failure of the Director of Client Satisfaction to follow up with the Operations Manager to contact me as requested, this feedback is being posted online: I have been a customer for over 10 years and have been mostly satisfied with the service received. Recently an issue came up (lawn wasn’t mowed) for which the Director of Client Satisfaction was engaged. While the requested credit was issued, about a month ago I requested to be contacted by the Operations Manager. Issues to be discussed: Condescending manner in which I was spoken to by the Director of Client Satisfaction and the Senior Maintenance Supervisor. Based on my experiences with the former Director of Client Satisfaction (Serena Corby), she would never have told a client “the lawn crew member doesn’t have to lie about mowing the lawn…” (paraphrased) or “I believe the crew leader…” [Senior Maintenance Supervisor]. Kingstowne has mowed my lawn for over 10 years. Prior to hiring Kingstowne Lawn, I mowed my lawn myself—I know what my lawn looks like when it’s been mowed. Also, while on-site on my property and despite repeated requests to speak in English in my presence, the lawn crew leader and Senior Maintenance Supervisor engaged in a lengthy conversation in Spanish in my presence, which was disrespectful. After a week passed with no response received from the Operations Manager, I called Kingstowne Lawn and made a 2nd request to be contacted by the Operations Manager. Again, no response was received. For that reason, a 3rd request was submitted online via Kingstowne Lawn’s website. Based on presumption and without knowing the specific issues that I wanted to address with the Operations Manager, the following email response was received from the Director of Client Satisfaction (excerpt): “…Thank you for your follow up note via our website and for your long history with Kingstowne. We’ve reviewed this situation, as detailed in your previous email carefully and feel that we have addressed your concerns. Also, we have brought those concerns to the attention of our Operations Manager for further awareness and follow-up with our crews. There is no need for further follow up at this time.” Upon receipt of this email, I called Kingstowne Lawn and spoke with the Director of Client Satisfaction and again requested to be contacted by the Operations Manager. The Director of Client Satisfaction indicated that he would reach out to the Operations Manager to contact me. Over a month has passed with no response to date from the Operations Manager. Neither the condescending manner in which I was spoken to nor the non-responsiveness from the Operations Manager are appreciated.

I recently hired Kingstowne Lawn and Landscape for lawn mowing, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were punctual, professional, and paid great attention to detail, leaving my lawn looking impeccably neat and well-maintained. The team was friendly and respectful, and their pricing was reasonable for the quality provided. I highly recommend Kingtowne to anyone looking for reliable and thorough lawn care.

I have been using Kingstown lawn services for the for the last 4 years. I recently had Mike come out and give an estimate for cleaning up the yard and mulching everything. We needed it done quickly and they were very accommodating. The weather pushed us out one day but the were out the next day. They delivered and went above my expectations which is hard to do.

Kingstown came out, gave me an estimate for laying down some sod where construction has been
done in my yard. Their team came out and laid the sod and gave me instructions for the next three weeks. It’s been three weeks now and the grass has rooted and is starting to blend in with the rest of the lawn. I appreciate their hard work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kingstown to my friends, neighbors or relatives needing any landscaping done in their yards.

Excellent experience in getting a replacement timber retaining wall after mine was destroyed by a tree. Alan, the landscape designer, was prompt, thorough, and extremely helpful throughout the process. He’s truly outstanding. The team doing the work were friendly, skilled, and answered all of my questions during the build. I would most definitely use Kingstowne again.

Kingstowne did a great job updating my landscaping and installing a concrete patio underneath my deck. They kept me informed every step of the way and did everything they said they would do. I would definitely recommend and use them again for any outdoor updates.
