Got great reviews so decided to go with them to have my carpets cleaned while we moved out. Little did I know apparently they don’t vacuum your carpets at all. I showed up to the house after they cleaned it and saw bunch of hair and debris on the carpets still. When I spoke with them they said “It’s not our job, you just hired us to clean your carpets not vacuum”. To the lay person aren’t they the same thing? You just want a clean carpet.
