I had a great experience with Zerorez. The technician, Jarrett, did a fantastic job cleaning our bedrooms, loft and stairs. He was in and out in about an hour. I am so happy with the results. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs carpet cleaning services.

Another great experience with Zerorez. Techs are always courteous and well trained. Rasheem asked me to point out any problem areas and gave them extra attention. I should also note that I get my carpets cleaned every six months. That helps to maintain the cleanliness. I have seen other reviews that say that this company is not very good. If you have a very dirty carpet with stains, there is only such much that a cleaning will do.

Man came on time after confirming date and time the day before. He carefully cleaned my one bedroom & living-dining room Apt using spray liquid and suction hose. He worked fast alone & accepted credit card payment. Very friendly.

This is not my first cleaning with this company which should say a lot within itself.. but today they sent me Raheem. He did an amazing job and very professional and personalable. He was not given an easy job.. my carpet had the absolute WORST odor from my dog that would constantly have accidents so the urine smell was just intolerable. I truly thought it couldn’t fully be fixed he reassured me he could and he definitely did! The basement odor is now GONE! I’m so thankful that he really cares a bough to make sure he did a great job to get the job done. I will return and request him again.

They don’t move anything not even a small lamp or side table but this was a general cleaning. The carpet is so wet he said it will take 24 hrs to dry. It looks good. A bit expensive for me since the carpet area was so small compared to furnitures I have. The technician used stain remover to remove the stains I had in one room and it looks good. He was here for less than an hour. I wish he moved stuff atleast the lite ones. I did all the moving that I could before he came. Service industry is dying in this country

JUST TERRIBLE, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! THEY STOLE AN ITEM FROM MY ROOM. ALSO ANY SMALL ITEM YOU HAVE AROUND YOUR HOUSE THEY WILL THROW AWAY.
