Wouldn’t even redeem my Groupon to clean an empty apartment. Wanted to charge me $89 for a one bedroom without furniture.

Absolutely horrible - don't use. I bought a Groupon deal but they refused to answer the phone or call us back. We then emailed but their domain subsequently expired. Had to contact Groupon.

I love the service provided by this company!!! The crew members were very professional and perform a wonderful job!!!

I wish I could give them negative stars. Supervisor is extremely rude. Hung up on me repeatedly and redeemed my groupon without providing me with the service. When I called to talk to him about the situation after being hung up on the first time he stated that I would have to write them an email. He then continued to hang up on me whenever I called. This company is a disgrace!!! Beware!!!

I don't know if it was just my bad luck that we got such a bad crew, but that was the very first and the very last time I am calling on Brite Maid Services. The 2 ladies came 40 minutes late, did an awful job and left the house pretty much the same as before!

The “cleaning job” was absolutely not up to standard & customer service is unprofessional. I’m actually shocked that this is a cleaning company. If there was an option to post pictures, I have the receipts to show.

UPDATE to response: My point exactly, customer service is unprofessional. At least offer a redo or percentage off for next cleaning for unsatisfied customers! I asked for someone to call me but no one has. The photos I emailed clearly reflect the floors were never swept or mopped, my building manager left a note about my INDOOR rug being left OUTSIDE, my blinds were left broken, & no attention to detail as my things were knocked down. These are basic expectations for “general cleaning.” Your responses are false!

I see that this company has negative reviews. However, I have had nothing but a great experience with them so I thought I would leave a review. They always make sure I am happy with the cleaning. They are very detailed with the cleanings and they charge a competitive rate. I highly recommend them.

This was one of the worst cleaning companies I have yet to hire. This service was extremely dissatisfying, from the supervisors to the maids. After the cleaning lady came she left all of my chairs outside of the dining table, the house was mopped by a DIRTY mop head. We had to re-mop the entire house after she left because of the smell from the re-used mop head. The worst part was her leaving my car keys on the my fruits! During this sensitive time, we are extremely careful with how we allow people to enter our home. She had no coverings for her shoes and wasn’t pleasant at all. When I spoke with the supervisor, he was very unhelpful and told me to leave a review. Never getting this service done again!

Wonderful improvements!! I’ve been using their services like a year ago… and u can really tell there’s a new administration. Staff is awesome, polite and always on time. Customer service 5 stars. I own a big property, but they clean everything up leaving it as brend-new. Thank u guys so much.

So, apparently it is not just me who had a terrible experience. I want to give them a 0 star rating, but unfortunately that is not possible. Customer service and really good manners in general is clearly something that this business does not believe in. I was lied to about arrival time, then lied to again about the 20-25 minute call ahead. Phones come with caller ID and voicemail, so I know that they didn't call and leave the imaginary voicemail that they claim they left. I was in the middle of speaking with a customer service rep who didn't say hold on, but just transferred me to someone else while I was talking. But that transfer was no help because Supervisor Roberto was even more rude than the customer service rep. I am not sure how this business is still afloat. I am thinking that they don't have many repeat customers. I will be filing a formal complaint. Bottom line : DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

FINALLY! I have tried so many cleaning companies and it's been hit of miss but Brite Maid is consistently great- I mean as close to perfect as I could imagine! When I come home after they have been here, I actually feel like a queen-pampered! I won't use anyone else. My apartment sparkles after they have been here!

I just had an amazing experience with Brite Maid! I was away for Thanksgiving and had Brite Maid come to my apartment while I left the key with my front doorman. It was so easy for me to set up and when I returned home after a long day of flying, by apartment was beautiful and clean and fresh! What an amazing experience ! Thank you so much!!!

I’ve used Brite Maids on two occasions. The first cleaning was just ok but the second was great. The ladies were very courteous despite our language barrier. I explained to them exactly what I wanted through google translate and they went above and beyond to fulfill my requests. I’ve decided to use them on at least a semimonthly basis. Great job ladies!

Blanca and Rosa were amazing. I ordered off Groupon and booked right online. They were on time and exceeded my expectations more than I could have anticipated. This took a load off my shoulders. Thanks for the amazing work!

A big thank you to Alba for the excellent and really fast work in cleaning my apartment! I was impressed by how promptly she got to work. She told me that it would take her about an hour. I returned in about 50 minutes to find my apartment spotless.

Meticulous and did a fantastic job! I could see every room in my apartment was vacuumed because of the pattern left. Even my toilet paper was wrapped/folded like I would show up to a hotel.

Their pricing has options so if you don't want some work to be done you don't have to pay for it.

I live in Ashburn, VA. Their rates were cheaper and did a better job than my previous cleaners.

Do not buy on Groupon. Trying to schedule a cleaning is a nightmare. They made me had to go do some paperwork online and were supposedly going to contact the same day if I do but of course they did not. Kept calling them and they will tell you they can’t schedule over the phone. But won’t reply your emails for schedule through online. And every time you call to say nobody has still contacted you, they tell you they will this time and the dance starts over. Till this day they still haven’t contacted me

These ladies performed an absolute miracle at my home, and I cannot recommend them ebough. Getting an appointment can be done quickly, they have very flexible schedules, and they have lots of diffeeent packages depending on what you want done each time.

Everything was demolished at my home after months of illness and a hospital stay. Despite being hugely embarrassed i was paralysed in creating,/planning next steps, and stubnornly trying to make plans to fix everything myself. After a few weeks, I realized I might be out of my league and that i needed professional care--so I reached out to Brite Maids.
When I came home after they finished, i broke down in ugly tears after seeing the gigantic differece my place had made. The mess that I had a lot of problems clearing myself, the mess that felt impossible, was gone, and with it took so much stress, anxiety, shame, and judgement that i had put on myself.
They didn't just do their job, they did they job lovingly. (i am sure working with someone that's highly embarrassed/anxious from the sitation is alreaady very challenging, yet they continued to be nice and kind and supportive of me.Just professional to a t.) It felt like I had three aunts showing me how to get up and get me into gear.

My place is so, so clean, and they even cleaned extra things that I said I would take care of afterward! They constantly went above and beyond. Cannot recommend more.
