I also chose the stain protector since I have a toddler and expect more messes in the future! Eugene did an outstanding job. He was very careful with my home and made sure to treat the tougher spots on my carpets. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions without trying to sell me extra products. After he finished, my carpets looked fresh and like new again. If your carpets are dirty, I definitely recommend getting them professionally cleaned. I only wish I had done it sooner!

i have a small, older pug who can really put the carpets to the test, plus i'm a pretty messy person myself, always shedding long hair. high tech carpet cleaning came to the rescue and did a fantastic job with my carpets. this last cleaning was a real challenge, but they handled it perfectly and made everything look and smell fresh again. the price was very reasonable, and shawn and david, who did the work, were so friendly and arrived right on time. it only took about an hour, just as they said. communication was super easy and quick too. i’m really happy with how clean my carpets are now and will definitely call them again. they’re definitely worth a generous tip!

Had a great experience in my first year of business with them, but unfortunately cannot say that anymore. I have moved to another service and was sad to see the disinterest from JWD's new staff in keeping my business, after numerous emails and opportunities to keep it.

The best thing about JWD is Diana, their office manager and coordinator. The cleaning crew is wonderful too, but having a friendly and responsive dispatcher to communicate with on all things cleaning is a big value-add.

The ladies were very professional and worked efficiently to completely turn our place around! We were so happy we have scheduled a recurring maid service and the price was unbeatable for the quality of service we received!

Amazing experience! I needed movers last minute after another company cancelled on me. Diana, the office manager, was so helpful! When the movers got to my apartment they were so nice and worked super quick it only took a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes to move a whole bed set, living room set and kitchen table to my storage unit. The price was super reasonable too. I would definitely use this company again!

The company seems to be very experienced in the business and very knowledgeable with the jobs they do. The person I got for my last 2 cleanings was Raheem and he explained the work to be done with my carpet very thoroughly prior to starting. I was very satisfied with the end result.

Love the option to have no chemicals… they use ionized water and I was able to pretreat any spots with my own safe products. Turned out really well! Highly recommend. Jared was extremely nice and thorough.
