Friendly employees. Technician arrived within window and texted me when he was on his way. Some spots on the carpeting and stairs were too wet though. I’d use this Company again, but I’d want to stress that the water should be extracted from the carpet better.

Our basement carpet was full of pet stains and a smell that just wouldn't go away, even though we used gallons of Nature's Miracle, Resolve and air fresheners to clean. Zerorez came out and within an hour, the stains were completely gone and the basement smelled amazing. Customer service (Dawn) is very prompt and courteous and our tech really knew his stuff. It's a bit pricey, but it was worth it to us to get the stains and the smell eradicated. Highly recommend.

We had an unprofessional chimney cleaning work done by another company, they ended up doing a horrible job and getting soot everywhere in my whole living room. Ashes laid on my new carpet, sofa and all the surfaces. It was an extremely frustrating situation. I called Zerorez and requested same day service to do a deep clean. Luis came to our house very quickly and did a thorough evaluation. He drove his van and deep cleaned our whole living room, sofa and carpet next day even our cat’s fabric castle! His work is super professional, and brought everything back as new. It was such a relief and great experience. Cannot recommend more! Absolutely great choice!
