The carpet cleaning service was impressive. My carpet was loaded with soap residue left behind by a previous firm, but once their high-powered machinery started removing the soap and grime, it was astounding. The true color of the carpet became visible! Leonard and Zachary were exceptional and I plan to always utilize their services for my carpet cleaning needs in Alexandria.

I called for an emergency carpet cleaning appointment, and they scheduled me for the very next day. They arrived five minutes early, which is quite impressive! I was already pleased with that. They worked hard to eliminate all stains and odors. While there was a slight smell lingering after the carpet dried, I could see that they did a great job overall. My upholstery had some color spots that remained, but I had pretreated it with vinegar and Krud Kutter beforehand. I’m not sure what special cleaning solutions they used that I paid extra for, but I was really happy with the results.

leonard and zachary cleaned our really dirty carpet and did an amazing job! both were super friendly, polite, and knew a lot about carpet cleaning. they finished everything quickly. i was nervous about getting our carpet cleaned since i wasn't sure how much furniture would need to be moved or how the whole process worked. but it turned out to be so easy! nothing was moved unless i was comfortable with it, and they cleaned under the couches just by lifting or tilting them. i also got a quote for an area rug i want to get cleaned soon. i completely recommend titans carpet cleaning and won't wait so long to get more rooms cleaned!
