Excellent service from Chem-Dry of Arlington & Alexandria. Easy to schedule an appointment on line and the representative arrived right on time! He was polite, quick and happy to take on an extra rug. Thank you Chris and Chem-Dry.

Had a large armchair with cat urine stain. Was able to set up an appointment very quickly. Visit went well and professional- Joshua the technician was great. Still had residual urine odor several days afterwards and Chris got in touch with me right away and came out to give it a thorough go-over. Did the trick. Very pleased with prompt and polite service. Most reasonable cleaners in the area.

The two techs were incredibly professional, quick, and did a great job. My carpets were in pretty bad shape and they got them looking like new in less than an hour from start to finish, even with pet stains. Can’t beat the price, either.

We were preparing for a move out of our home and in the process the white carpeting on a staircase got quite dirty. As we only had two days before moving out, we needed it cleaned asap. A friend helping us move saw Jason T. a ChemDry technician coming out of one of our neighbor's homes and flagged him down. He came over and took a look at the stains and knew the carpeting needed more than spot cleaning. Luckily he had one opening the following day. He came at the exact time he said he would come and did an awesome job.The carpeting wasn't new, but Jason worked his magic and it was cleaner than it ever had been. I wish I had known about Chem Dry the years we had lived in the house

Extremely great service at a good price. They gave me a very accurate estimate beforehand and it was easy to make an appointment. They did my carpets and did upholstery cleaning on my very large sectional. They worked very fast and still with attention to detail!! They got ALL the stains out of my carpet and couch. My entire house smells amazing. 11/10 will definitely be using them again next year.

My rug/carpet cleaner of 30 years retired. I researched new companies online and Wa Consumer Checkbook. Decided to try ChemDry of Arlington and Alexandria due to Checkbook's highest ratings for quality & prices. Plus, liked their less-water process and the excellent service I received on initial phone inquiries. Jason came and did an A-1 job on my wall-to-wall carpet. He took my very stained living room rug into their plant. It was returned by Justin barely a week later in pristine condition. I highly recommend them. Efficient, friendly and competent and very cost-effective.

They were professional, courteous and conscientious, and they use green products so nothing hurting the environment.
