Chem Dry has been cleaning my carpet for over 20 years and they always donan excellent job at a reasonable price. I recommend Chris.

Best cleaning! Consistently outstanding and very reasonable. Chris and his team have been extending the life of our carpets for years - a challenge since they are marred by well loved but messy pets - a cat and a dog. We highly recommend Chris for the best cleaning at a very fair price.

Technician, Travelle, arrived early, was extremely polite and professional. He did a wonderful job, taking care of some spots on the rugs. My carpet looked like new when he was done. Will definitely use ChemDry again.

Had a good experience using ChemDry. They were responsive and the price is reasonable. Our cat had peed on a leather chair and they cleaned the cushion and then followed up with a cleaning of the chair. Would use then again.

This was my second time using Chem-Dry of Arlington & Alexandria. Super easy to set up an appointment, very responsive, and friendly to work with. The technician, Josh (who I had previously) and another gentlemen were super polite and helpful. I had pet urine removed from an armchair (again) and they gave it an extra go-over. And super reasonable pricing.

Chem-Dry was very professional and pleasant to work with and I found their price to be very reasonable. While they weren’t able to get my rug stain completely out, it was much less noticeable. I would definitely use them again.

Our experience was positive. We used Chem Dry to clean carpets, a sofa, a recliner and the seat of a chair. We had used Chem Dry in NJ with success and chose to use the company here. The technicians arrived on time and completed the work very efficiently. Nothing was extremely dirty when they came but it looks fresher now. They tried to get a water stain out of a chair seat and had moderate success. It's still there but less noticeable. Both technicians were courteous, friendly and helpful

Third time we have used ChemDry to clean our rugs. We have pets who don’t always appreciate the value of keeping rugs clean, and ChemDry does a great job. Quick to schedule, on time, effective, and reasonably priced.

I've had two very positive experiences with this company. I brought a rug in for cleaning and then on a different occasion they came to my home to clean my carpets. Both times I worked with Nina who is so nice and a great communicator. For the in-home carpet cleaning, the owner came out to give me an estimate. It was very helpful to hear what things I could do on my own to prep for the appointment and which things the technicians would do. The technicians who showed up were very professional and nice and they got the job done really well and very quickly. I felt like it was very much worth the amount of money I spent, which was $189 for the carpet cleaning/protectant and then $15 for the spot treatment cleaner that they sell. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Jason has always & continues to offer 1st class service as the face of Chem-Dry. He is one of the reasons we call them when it comes time for service. Chem-Dry offers specials that are considerably cheaper than their competitors and their work is well worth the service fees in cases when they are comparable to others. I would recommend them any day!

We’ve been using the services of ChemDry (the Alexandria/Arlington location). We especially like the fact that Chris is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and knows exactly what to do to keep our ivory carpets in top shape. We have a small dog and that is no easy task. We clean our carpets each season. We avoid outdoor shoes on our carpet. We chose to do this because we want to extend the life of our carpets while taking care of other stuff we can’t see. We also get our outdoor patio cushions done. We just got our Spring 2025 services done. They look amazing, the citrus like smell is very nice! Thank you Chris. See you in Fall!

Chem-Dry has been taking care of my rug collection (precious to me) for years. Chris is knowledgeable, dependable, reliable and has always provided the best service and care.

We had a wonderful experience, from scheduling the appointment to having the work (cleaning our upholstered chairs) completed. Everyone was polite and honest, and their prices are very reasonable. The owner, Chris, wanted to be sure that we got the most out of the required minimum fee, so we were able to add two more chairs to get us to that minimum price. The employee who came to do the work was very courteous, warned us ahead of time that the machine makes noise, and did a wonderful job with cleaning the furniture that had not been professionally cleaned in 13 years. We look forward to having them back for our carpet cleaning.

I recommend Chris and his team highly. Whether you need offsite or onsite cleaning Chem-Dry is my go to company. They are trustworthy, professional and a great value.

Chris did a great job of getting stains out of our off-white carpet in all of our high traffic areas. There was no chemical smell and the carpet looks like it is brand new. Highly recommend.
