My dog had an accident on the carpet in the middle of the night and I emailed chem dry at 8:30 am, they called me immediately and booked me, showed up at 9:30 am which was so convenient and quick and they cleaned my carpet for such a great price, and the tech was SOO NICE. Wow! My 6 year old carpet looks new! It’s a slow time of year, so they had a next day appointment. This was terrific for my rental. I had two rooms cleaned, living room and primary bedroom.

I have used SV Professional Cleaning three times and have been impressed and very satisfied every time. During their first visit, they were able to remove carpet stains that their competitors could not remove. Despite me being a "three-peat" customer, the level of professionalism and attention to cleaning detail has not wavered. SV Professional Cleaning is my go-to carpet cleaning company for the foreseeable future!

I had a great experience with Stan and the team at SV Professional Cleaning. I called them on Nov 18 asking if there was any way they could squeeze in a carpet cleaning before Thanksgiving and also asked about HVAC & grout cleaning. Stan advised that the HVAC cleaning should be done first and was able to schedule me for that Wednesday and got everything done in one day.

Stan and his employee were very thorough with the HVAC cleaning (recommend watching the video on his site where they explain how it's done) and they even vacuumed anywhere they'd opened a vent in case dust had fallen out.

The carpets are spotless but I'm most impressed with the job they did on the bathroom grout. Our guest bathroom floor is original to the 25 year old house and the grout was ugly and splotchy, which I thought was just from age. I've spent HOURS scrubbing the grout with different products trying to get it clean and all white. Stan took one look and knew someone had regrouted the floor without removing the old or matching the color well, so regular cleaning products never would've done the job. I don't know what magic he used, but the bathroom floor is now sparkling white!

Stan and team did an excellent job in my home. They cleaned the air, dryer vents and cleaned and sealed our tile floor. Excellent work, professional and friendly! They repeatedly asked if I was pleased and offered to come back if touch up was needed. stan treated me and my home with respect and always communicated with me.

Our dryer vent has been cleaned many times. Never once did anyone mention the way tubing was connected behind the dryer was a fire hazard. Stan immediately fixed it.

Further, the vent system in the house has been cleaned before by another vendor who told me that the downstairs vents had been cleaned and therefore the upstairs vents were clean. They never went upstairs to clean the vents. This was not true—there continued to be dust once they left.

Stan was diligent in his work and cleaned every vent in the house. There was not dust floating in the air and collecting on the furniture when he was done. No other company will ever be invited to do the dryer and air vents in the house. Only Stan and team will be invited back!

Now to the tile grout cleaning, repair and sealant. Superb work—the tile floor looked like new, when it is years’ old.

Great job cleaning the air ducts and dryer duct. Courteous, cleaned up after the work was finished, and pointed out issues. Will definitely hire them again.

Stan was extremely professional and did a great job cleaning our air vents and dryer ducts. He let us know what to expect prior to his arrival, and provided updates and any explanations while doing the work. His rates are extremely competitive as well. I highly recommend him!!

Chris was great. Arrived early after consulting with us, performed a very detailed job and the carpets look great. We had some stains for which he explained how he could treat and they came out better than expected. There was a lot of furniture which he had to work around but the result was like the rooms were empty. He was very professional and courteous. I will use SVP next time I have carpet cleaning needs.

Wow! I can't say enough positive comments about this company. I originally hired them to clean my carpets 5 years ago and was wow'd by the results! I've continued to use them yearly as the results are phenomenal. Last year the owner, Stan, offered me a deal to also clean my air ducts. I did my research beforehand and made sure SV was certified by NADCA for Air Duct Cleaning. I can't tell you how great of a job they did and how much cleaner my air seems! I saw so much of the debris and dust they were able to remove and was so impressed. I just had them do it again this year and still so impressed by their thorough and professional air duct cleaning work! You can't go wrong by using them for carpet and duct cleaning!

The service provider was prompt, polite, and he did an excellent job. He removed all the stains from dog accidents etc.

Stan and his team were great to work with! We purchased a new home and decided that we wanted the carpets deep cleaned for a fresh start. Stan was able to accommodate a schedule outside of their norm in order to fit into our moving timeline.
