We live on the top floor of a 13-story condo. SVPC sent a tech who arrived within the time specified. He was familiar with the building and parking. He was polite, professional, and efficient. Cleaned our living room, dining room, and part of the master bedroom in less than 2 hours. The price was competitive and the service was exactly what we wanted. We'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I have a 35 year old house and had never had the vents cleaned. My HVAC person installed an air purifier and recommended that I get the vents cleaned so that the purifier could truly do a quality job. He recommended and even called to make the appointment for me. I was kind of dreading getting the vents cleaned but after getting them done I am so happy. Stan and his helper arrived on time and worked none stop for 4+ hours. The SV Professional technician did a fantastic job on our carpet. He called ahead with his arrival time. He explained the process clearly and was very efficient. He put paper slippers over his shoes and a plastic curtain over our front door to prevent bugs from getting inside. We have used SV Professionals in the past and will definitely use them again.

First, they were great! I had them clean the grout on my bathroom floor. It was really dirty, I think my tenant did not clean it for 5 years. It was brand new when she moved in. The technician was very professional and courteous. It did not take long at all and I was delighted with the result. I know they offer many services and I can only speak to grout cleaning, but their customer service was excellent so I would not hesitate to use them again for something else.
