I have been a very satisfied customer of Maid Brigade, with cleaning services every other week for many years, including through COVID. Maid Brigade’s cleaning crews are thorough, respectful, and efficient. The office is well managed, and I’m notified well in advance of any rare conflicts with the ongoing schedule (some major holiday rescheduling). They’ve had a key to my house way before I had a Ring doorbell, and it’s never been an issue whether or not anyone is home during my scheduled cleaning. I love coming home to a house that’s reliably been well cleaned at a reasonable price.

Maid brigade has been great! They are reasonably priced, respond promptly, and do a fantastic job cleaning our home. It's such a load off to have them taking care of us!

STAY AWAY. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND OVER CHARGE......EVEN WHEN CAUGHT IN THE ACT..... SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!! Never using Maid Brigade again. Yesterday Maid Brigade cleaned my old apartment b/c we were moving. I left work to let the maids in and instantly the Maids told me they would need an extra hour. Literally I opened the door and she said she needed a extra hour before walking the apartment. When i asked why she told me to speak to her supervisor. Needing to go back to work I left. I returned to the apartment after work at 5:15pm. I found the receipt on the counter and it said the maids had left at 5:45pm.... DO NOT use their service. They were over priced and also charged us for an hour that they weren't even there for. We called the supervisor to let them know what happened and they clearly didn't care. They offered to take 5$ off of our bill.
Just save your money and stay away. Their are plenty of better cleaning services. ITS ALL ABOUT SHOWING INTEGRITY not being rude and dismissive when being called out about a dishonest event.

Maid Brigade has been cleaning my apartment for a few years now, and it's really great. It's always nice to come home to a clean home, and it just makes a busy life so much easier. I highly recommend.

Maid Brigade did a great job with our move out clean, they were easy to schedule, and showed up exactly when they said they would. I’d definitely use them again!

I used this company and they did a great job. I had initially provided the details of my home during the quote however, they came back after the first cleaning telling me the square footage they priced me at for bi-weekly cleanings was less than it was actually so they needed to increase my bi-weekly rate by $60.00 more each time.

Maid Brigade’s service has been excellent. I use them for general housecleaning but also a deep clean after construction and they are always exceptional. I highly recommend them and thank my wonderful team.

We were very pleased with the quality of the work and the overall service provided. The team did an excellent job with my 91 year mother's home and was careful with her valuables. The house hadn't been cleaned in a while and they really brought it back to good condition.

The service is quite reliable and they are very careful in handling my furniture, appliances and personal items. A very reliable cleaning company.

I had never used a maid service before, but with family coming to my place for Christmas right after my return from a long overseas trip, I concluded it was a necessity. Glad I did. The customer service team was very communicative of what I needed to do beforehand, and then the two cleaners--Sarahi P and Alicia A--both did a great job with my place. I plan to use them again when I host at my place.

After having a baby, my house was in need of deep cleaning. Maide Brigade did an amazing job! They have great communication between client and cleaners. The ladies did a marvelous job, were very professional, and kind. Everything that I asked for was done and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this company.

Inconsistent service. Sometimes great, but always a risk that something will go wrong with the communication about arrival. Yesterday was the worst where an antique piece of furniture (family heirloom) was scratched. The cleaners are rushed and simply don't seem to care. We had to discover the scratch on our own and it was extremely upsetting. We got charged full price and were given an email to send the photos (email had typos in it, "maid" was spelled wrong). Although we sent in the photos, Maid Brigade was unwilling to take seriously the situation and remedy. Everything is hurried with them, and we never thought it would result in damage to our property. Beware.

Loved having Elizabeth’s team coming to clean my home, I had given birth 3 weeks ago and their attention to detail and cleaning has eased my stress levels. Thank you sooo much Maid Brigade! I am definitely booking for future services.

They do not stand by their quote when delivering service. They charge by the hour not the service. The crew works slowly and takes breaks then charges you extra to complete the work they quoted you for. They cleaned 3/4 of our place then asked if we wanted to pay more for them to clean our kitchen- which is a standard part of any house cleaning. When we brought these concerns to management they dismissed our attempts to make it right. Don’t recommend

We did a full house clean that was desperately needed (this was about ~6 months after our daughter was born, and boy was the house the being simultaneously neglected and overused). Definitely recommend Maid Brigade (and a clean reset postpartum!)
