Maid Brigade of Alexandria did a terrific job of deep cleaning my home in preparation for move-in, even though I'd made a big mess the previous week while renovating. No questions asked, they handled it all and left the place spotless, and at a reasonable price. I'd highly recommend them!

I recently had my kitchen, bathroom and much of my living room cleaned by a team of 2 nice ladies from Maid Brigade. They were very thorough with the job they did. I had neglected cleaning my apartment over the past year or so and it really showed! However, the ladies did a commendable job and my place looks as clean and nice as when I first moved into it over 7.5 years ago. Plus, the ladies were very congenial and engaging to deal with. I look forward to contacting Maid Brigade for another cleaning job next month (January 2023).

I recently had my first cleaning with a team of 2 cleaners from Maid Brigade. I will be moving forward with bi-weekly cleanings. Our life got really hectic for a while and we got behind and overwhelmed with cleaning our home. The ladies came and made our home sparkle and look and smell great. They communicated very promptly when they found that one of our stove burners wasn't working properly (it was not broken by them, this was a pre-existing issue) which I felt was very proactive of them to communicate an issue to me. I feel the price is very fair especially because our home has a LOT of wood flooring and a LOT of stairs to climb up and down. I am very happy with the service.

Update three years later: still a great service. Great communication and flexibility and, of course, a team who takes pride in their work.

We've always had an excellent experience with Maid Brigade! Our team does an excellent job. Since we're working from home a lot more now and have had to take calls and meetings, our team has been extra responsive and flexible in their approach so we can all work most effectively!

After seeing the positive reviews and the charity work on the main website I was encouraged. I accepted the quote of $240 or $60 hour as I thought them reputable. I havea500 sq apt, no pets, no blinds, no dirty oven and today I receive an invoice for $360 which is $120 above the price I was quoted. I have since done research and found other reputable cleaners with more appropriate charges. Please be careful and make sure that excess costs are clearly communicated and approved by you. I was not in my apt at the time of the cleaning so I do not know how long they were there. In addition, I needed to have my shower door repaired filling their ‘cleaning’.

I will only recommend Maid Brigade to anyone in the Alexandria area. From the beginning when I was looking around online for services to help me clean to the end when I walked through my clean and clear home, this company made me feel understood, heard and jumped at the opportunity to show me why they are the best and only service to use in this area.
They kept me updated with the upcoming service, they followed up immediately when the team arrived to ensure all was set and ready for success. This is a fine tuned cleaning machine and if you ever find yourself "searching" for a cleaning service, they take the effort out of that search so you can relax and know they will take care of everything you need.

Don't settle for the bare minimum. You deserve better than that. Maid Brigade has it all and will ensure you are taken care of.

This was one of the best cleanings we have ever had! Even difficult to clean areas like the shower and bathrooms were spotless. Roxana and Reyna did an impeccable job. Highly recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would! Do not hire these folks --this company is a total rip-off!! They charged me over $500 to clean a few rooms and never touched the main level after three hours! The work that was done was mediocre at best!!! I tried calling 'Ben' to explain how dissatisfied I was, of course he doesn't call back and the staff says he's always busy'. Please don't waste your time.

I want to commend the service that I got from Maid Brigade, it was excellent. The two individuals in the team that showed up that morning to clean my apartment were exemplary. They were efficient, thorough, and polite. They were able to clean up one particularly sticky residue on an appliance that I was unable to clean off by myself, and I appreciated that. I would definitely recommend Maid Brigade to friends.

Our first experience with Maid Brigade was when we hired them to do the move-out clean of our temporary apartment. They did a great job at a very good price. It was easy to schedule, and they were very responsive to all my questions and concerns.
I have now hired them full time to clean our new home.
The team is on time, they get the job done quickly but are careful and mindful of special instructions. The team thoroughly cleans to a very high standard. Definitely recommend the Maid Brigade.

We used Maid Brigade for two years, including a period of time where they were coming every week due to an injury in the family. The teams were always kind, courteous, and thorough. it was truly a weight off my shoulders every time they arrived, and gave me incredible peace of mind knowing the house was clean. I highly recommend Maid Brigaide to anyone in their service area.

Rep I spoke to over the phone was really pushy I guess they make commission. I was on the phone with her for over an hour and she still didn’t get it correct. Didn’t sign a contract or put a card on file even though they told me it was necessary before the maids got there and you know what…they still showed up. A joke. Tried to tell me an area wasn’t included to get more money. The maids speak little to no English so it’s a barrier and had to keep telling them to take their shoes off or wear bootys and left lights on in un occupied rooms. Only there for 45 mins and I asked them to leave and Maid Brigade keep calling saying I owe 130-140 dollars!!!! A joke!!!!

Still receiving calls and emails about this. Now saying I owe 189.05. I would like to not be contacted or bothered about this any longer. Like I said in my previous post your employees were there for 45 mins and all they did was walk around my house and leave lights on.

I have had a couple cleaning teams because of my schedule change but all of them do fantastic jobs and I am always extremely satisfied.

The Team, led by Ana, always does an awesome job! The monthly clean of our 4-bedroom 3 bath home 🏠, is always perfectly sanitized and shinning! The carpet looks new and our ceramic tile floor looks like glass! When I walk in and the fresh clean smell hits my 👃 makes my heart sing and relieves ALL my stress. The Team is ALWAYS hardworking, diligent, professional and courteous. They know our house as if they live here themselves!! Thank you for hiring, training and retaining dedicated employees!
