Maid Brigade did a fantastic job cleaning my apartment! I hired them recently to help me get caught up on my cleaning after a recent surgery affected my mobility. The team was quick and efficient, and my apartment was spotless after they left. They did an exceptional job with my child’s room especially. I will definitely be continuing with the service to help my place stay this clean and tidy!

After visiting my son’s new apartment, I wanted to gift him with a good deep clean. I don’t live in the area and time was limited so I couldn’t. I shopped around for quotes and while Maid Brigade wasn’t the cheapest, they were professional, and answered all of my questions from beginning to end.

This was the first time I’ve ever used a professional cleaning service. They were in my son’s apartment and cleaning at the given window of time. When my son arrived home, he was ecstatic of how clean & organized his apartment was. He sent pics and FaceTimed me and I too was extremely pleased with the work you all did. When life gets busy, sometimes one doesn’t realize how badly a deep cleaning is needed. I learned the people who cleaned his apartment were Jeanette, Delfa and Magdalena! You all paid so much attention to detail & lifted a huge weight off of mine and my son’s shoulders. Thank you so much.

The whole experience was exceptional. From booking online and the automated emails to the way in which the cleaners arrived & conquered the space, perfect. I'd highly recommend their cleaning services and look forward to booking again.

The service is absolutely amazing . Only negative is it's extremely expensive . I have a 4,000 SF house and was almost $700 to clean when we owned a townhouse it was around $450-500 for each cleaning . But again they do an amazing job and have a trustworthy staff.

Not only were they very responsive in confirming and scheduling, but the service was extremely thorough. I am a cheap person, but I had no regrets, as they provided an outcome I could not have accomplished on my own.

I don't know how they clean but I know their driving sucks.
I was driving in DC visiting, in a lane to turn right. This vehicle was in the lane to the left of me, a straight lane. We were both the first car at a red light.
The light turns green, I start to turn right then out of nowhere, this car is bolting in front of me because I guess they needed to take a right. If I hadn't slammed on the brakes they would have clipped me.
If you're driving a vehicle with your employers name all over it, you're representing your employer.

We've been long-time clients after some trial and error with other services. The team is always punctual and always thorough. We pretty much have had the same crew for some years, which means they know how to make the beds each time, among other things. Management is also very responsive and works with us whenever travel disrupts our schedule. What peace of mind. Thank you!

Been a long time (sporadic) customer - about ten years and five apartments! Whether it's moving cleaning, touchup for guests, or scheduled whole home cleaning M2C has you covered! Quality work and very friendly staff both in the field and the office.

Grateful for the Maid to Clean Team! The little touches -- folding blankets, arranging stuffed animals, etc. -- are sweet reminders of their influence on our home. Their hard work and attention to details help to establish our house as a place of calm and rest. We are so grateful for their good care and loving touch!

Sounds great - but they will not do a one-bedroom apartment for any less than $171! Other services have charged me for one hour or less for three cleaners (it really should take no more than 1 hour for three people) - but MTC has a minimum of 1.5 hours for 3 cleaners! Which means they really don't want your business if you have a one-bedroom apartment....

Team #10: Anna, Maribel and Ingrid. They were wonderful. Very nice, efficient and pleasant. Everything just looks and smells great. We are very glad they will be coming to the office every week.
