Very flexible and clear communication when it comes to scheduling services

Services were cancelled abruptly by the owner following the birth of my child. The owner identified that the cancellation of services was because we had to cancel two appointments. These two appointments were child birth and a two week appointment. I communicated prior to services that we were expecting a child. We had two appts and that was it before birth. There was no compassion for experiencing a major life change and needing to adjust our schedule as a result. I would absolutely not recommend these services.

TB did an amazing job, I have never seen my house so clean. We hired them after a large networking gathering we hosted, and they finished the job on schedule without issues. A really professional and efficient team. I will definitely repeat.
