I really really hate to write negative reviews but we did not receive the type of service I was expecting from Mobile Maids, especially based on all the positive reviews. I called Christiana to schedule a cleaning after our tenants moved out of our condo and before we moved into the unit from out of state. We agreed to $250 for a deep cleaning that was supposed to include inside of all cabinets and drawers, baseboards, appliances, etc. We felt the rate was steep but worth it because she said it would be spotless and she was very friendly over the phone. All communication was great and she cleaned our home on Friday and we moved in the next day. When we entered our unit with my small child and our team of movers, my heart dropped. It was clear that Christiana had vacuumed and wiped down some surfaces, but the unit was not clean nor was it move-in ready. It was very stressful for me to clean the unit amongst the chaos of movers bringing boxes and furniture in while keeping an eye on my toddler. The next day I reached out to Christiana to express my disappointment and she never apologized and instead told me “no one has ever complained about my services before.” She did offer to come back and finish cleaning but I had already cleaned it myself. The point of booking her was to have it cleaned and spotless before we came in. I’ve attached just a few pictures of what our unit looked like when we moved in. I’m glad others have had positive experiences but felt it was worth sharing out experience so others might consider looking else. I certainly wish we would have.

Christiana is fantastic. She does a great job and leaves the places super clean. Great attention to detail. She’s also very positive and flexible. She’ll really do her best to help you out even on short notice, and the price is reasonable!

We found Christiana when we were in need of a deep cleaning after a home renovation. She was able to come on short notice, and did an incredibly thorough job cleaning up the drywall dust that was all over the house. We arrived home after being away for a month, and could not have been more pleased with how sparkling clean the house was. Everything smelled amazing as well, and you could clearly see the effort she puts into getting every last corner spotless. We have used other cleaning services in the past and none compare to Christiana! Her communication is excellent, and we can’t wait to have her back again.

Christiana was referred by someone on next door and I hired her immediately. After her first visit I was so impressed and I signed up for her services recurring every 4 weeks. She checks in with me a few days before her visit, we confirm and she is there on time every month. I don’t mind the time it takes, but when she leaves it’s like I’ve checked into an Airbnb. (My puppy loves her). Excellent service, great price and I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat.

I am a single professional and need an occasional deep clean (especially with my mother coming to town) that I have neither the time nor inclination to do myself. I have used Mobile Maids Cleaning Service for a regular cleaning and again this week for my move-out clean that had to pass the inspection of a white-gloved property manager. I passed with flying colors. Christiana, who owns the company, is a consummate professional with an eye for detail and a tough-to-beat definition of clean. In her capable hands, dust bunnies are banished, floors sparkle, baseboards are cleared of debris, fixtures shine and mirrors and windows sparkle. She uses all-natural cleaning products, so the house smells fantastic when she's done and not like an industrial cleaning crew just left the building. I highly recommend her for regular visits and for the more rigorous move-out cleans required by property managers and landlords. She's the best.

One word "AWESOME". We were in need a "move out" clean for a 1 bedroom apartment. We called over 12 different places checking rates. Some services charged per hour, per person and charged extra to do the basic cleaning of appliances. Once I spoke with Christiana I felt an immediate ease. She quoted me a price and guaranteed to get the job done. Once I scheduled the service, I ran into a delay and had to move the cleaning service time back a couple of hours and Christiana was able to accommodate the late time change. I wish I could've taken a before and after picture of the unit so you could see how great the cleaning was. The prior residents had pets and the place was dusty and full of pet hair and needed a deep cleaning. Christiana arrived, set up shop and called a few hours later when the unit was ready. When I walked in I was so impressed. The unit was completely transformed!! Everything was spotless, including areas that I thought were impossible to clean. She did charge extra to clean the door baseboards ($5 per), but it was completely worth it. I would highly recommend this cleaning service to anyone looking for a move out clean or just cleaning in general. Christiana takes pride in her work and it shows in the results. Awesome service.

I have been receiving monthly cleaning services by Christiana for the past 6 months. I found her by Googling and reading these highly rated reviews and they did not steer me wrong! Christiana is professional, prompt, trustworthy, communicative and best of all very friendly and sincere.

This service was answered prayer in a quick move when I didn't have time to deep clean myself. Christiana had great availability, was timely and did an excellent job. Plus her products were safe for my golden retriever. Old house smell gone! Highly recommend!

Christiana has been coming to my house in the Kingstowne area for over a year now and I couldn't ask for better service. She is thorough, conscientious, honest, and reliable. She has never cancelled on me and is always on time. She brings all of her own supplies--all I put out for her are paper towels. All the garbage goes out, and the kitchen is impeccable when she leaves. She even cleans the parrot's stand! I have had many individuals over the years help me around the house but Christiana is the best.

Mobile Maids has been cleaning my condo for months now, and it has been fantastic. Christiana is cheerful and professional, and my place always looks great. I am impressed at how much she manages to get done in under a couple of hours: tub, tile, counters, stove top, vacuum, mop, general tidying, plus. And she's so sweet to my dog!

Christiana has been wonderful to work with. On top of the house looking great, I really struggle with chemicals and we had a hard time finding a service that used mild products. She has been a joy to have in the house every other week for the past year and is so nice to my kids (she even lets the three year old follow her around the entire time). We highly recommend!
