Christiana has been absolutely wonderful for us! We found her when we were looking for a move out cleaning from our old house and a regular cleaner from our new house. She gave us a discount on our regular cleanings because we were using her for a move out cleaning as well and I love supporting a small business, especially in Alexandria.

She has been cleaning for us regularly for several months now and always leaves the house so clean and smelling so absolutely fresh. I love the products she uses that are nontoxic and very green and still gets the same amount of clean that we would’ve seen with other products.

Christiana has been phenomenal to communicate with for any changes with the schedule and anything in addition that we need for that particular week that she’s coming.

We feel incredibly comfortable with her and she now has a code to our house that she can use whenever we’re on travel. We love coming home to a completely clean house. We have a couple of animals and she legitimately makes it feel like they are not, they do not exist because of how well she cleans. She has also been phenomenal and helpful in cleaning baby products and giving tips to set up the nursery for our inbound baby. She is well and beyond just a maid. Christiana has become integral to how we run our household.

Christiana is a great housekeeper and a joy to see every few weeks. I often find her singing around the house while tidying up or talking to our cats as they follow her around, curious as to what she's doing. The house always smells great and looks spotless after she is done for the day. She helps us immensely with the day to day cleaning so that we can focus on the deep cleaning projects with more energy and drive.

What a relief to my life!! My place is quite small, so the service is quite affordable for me. They cleaned every single tiny corner of my small place, even behind couches. You can schedule everything online, and they get back to you very quickly. After they finish the cleaning, you can rate the service and add tips electronically.. ( I didn’t know that, I went a bank to get cash.)

I am a longstanding client of Merry Maids, Alexandria. Magaly always does superior, detailed cleaning work and is fabulous to work with.

We hired MerryMaids for a move-out clean. Unfortunately, they left a lot for us to still clean. They did a good job with the carpets and tile, as well as the inside of the fridge. But they missed a lot of surfaces, including the front of the freezer and the oven, as well as the molding around the window seat. They also didn’t touch any of the walls. Before they left, my fiancé had to point out some big items they missed, such as the stovetop and the shower. They fixed those once we pointed it out, but we shouldn’t have needed to do so. Overall, this seemed more like a standard clean than a deep clean.

Wonderful job. Always well done.
