Terrible service. I will admit that I have used them before, maybe twice over the past 8 years, with no issues. But this time this people had me waiting and had I not take any initiative on my part in calling them nothing would have happened. I don't understand why a business like this think this is OK to operate like this and still be in business. All they can offer is an apology but had I not called them over and over the day would have came and went and that is extremely frustrating.

We have been long time customers of Merry Maids and have been very happy with both their cleaning and customer service. If we have any things we want done differently, they are receptive to our feedback and they work to make it happen. I also think they are pretty reasonable in terms of cost. I would recommend you give them a try!

We had our house cleaned by Emilia's Cleaning services and WOW...Reina and her teammate did a FANTASTIC job! They gave us a flat rate for a one time cleaning and worked non-stop until everything was spotless! We have a large house and we keep discovering new areas that they cleaned that we hadn't expected them to do, like the inside of the stove and microwave, the toaster oven, stains on our porcelain sink that I thought were permanent, the insides of our windows, our mini-blinds, an area on our carpet that had food stains, every book case and piece of decor--I could go on and on. Everything looks and feels really clean. We will DEFINITELY use them again and highly recommend their services to others.
