When she leaves my place, it always looks and smells fantastic. I am so glad I found her. Christiana is fabulous! We’ve been using Mobile Maids for 6 months or so and it’s been a great experience. We have two dogs and after Christiana comes to our place you wouldn’t know it. The house always smells great and the attention to detail is next level. She not only makes our bed but the dog’s beds too. Christiana is so wonderful and easy to worth with. We hired her for a deep clean in preparation for having a baby coming home soon, and she exceeded our expectations. Christina quoted me $360 to deep clean my mother’s house as a gift for Mother’s Day. Christina arrived at 8AM on Saturday, my mom left Christina around 1PM to come pick me up from the airport. By the time we got back home, Christina had already finished cleaning and left. Upon entering I noticed that Christina did not clean any of the kitchen cabinets, under the furniture, or any mirrors as previously agreed upon. Also, the overall quality of the cleaning was not up to par. I messaged Christina and she was apologetic and offered to come back the next day and clean what she had missed. The next day was Mother’s Day and Christina mentioned on our initial call that Sunday is her day off, so I told her she can come back on Monday. Upon arriving on Monday, she told my mom “I like you, but your daughter gave me a headache” which I thought was very unprofessional. Additionally, she was very defensive when my mom expressed that she is not happy with the quality of cleaning. Christina proceeded to clean the cabinets that she missed on the initial visit, however, the quality of the cleaning was as poor as her attitude when we provided honest feedback. Final thoughts, cleanliness is subjective but if your idea of deep cleaning is not as shown in the pictures below, I suggest you hire a different professional.

Christiana has been cleaning our apartment for almost six months.
