I am usually pretty good at cleaning my own home but a more demanding work schedule has prevented me from staying on top of it. I needed to have my place deep-cleaned and heard about Maid to Clean from other friends who were already using them, and were very happy with their services. I decided to give them a try.

From the first person who greeted me on the phone, to the person with whom I discussed what I wanted to have done and who scheduled my appointment, to the extremely thorough cleaning that my home received, I have never been more impressed with a company's clear commitment to customer service and satisfaction! They didn't miss a beat. From beginning to end, the experience was friendly but systematic and professional. This tells me that the owner cares about getting it right, time and time again.

I learned from the office manager that many employees at Maid to Clean have been there for years and years, some even more than 15 years. That tells me that Maid to Clean not only cares about its clients, but cares about its employees too. This is the kind of company I want to give my repeat business to. There is a reason their employees have remained loyal to them, and now, they have won my loyalty too.

I received excellent service from Maid to Clean. The 3 ladies who cleaned my apartment were so sweet and professional. I left my apartment to get out of their way and when I returned, I was beyond impressed by the high level of care they took in cleaning my apartment. They were so thorough and went above and beyond to clean everywhere including areas that I didn't think were part of the service. I will definitely use Maid To Clean services again!

The Maid to Clean crew recently completed a top-to-bottom deep clean of our 2-level condo (2 bedroom, 1 bath). I could not have been more impressed! Everything was sparkling clean, and they didn't leave one speck of dust behind! They were professional, punctual, very responsive, and extremely easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them for their wonderful work, and I would use them again for another cleaning job!

I’ve used many cleaning services during my 20+ years of living in the DC area and in all honesty, Maid To Clean is positively the best service I have ever experienced. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze online and the home office worked with me to get the appointment I preferred. The three ladies who came were very gracious and polite and really took their task to heart. I had no idea they would clean some of the areas they did and I was surprised for days finding things that had been cleaned. My appointment was for a one-time deep cleaning but I was so pleased I have decided to bring them in on a regular basis. I have use Maid to Clean twice for deep cleans and have been amazed each time at the level of detail! They get everything done, and very quickly. We first used them after we hadn't had the house cleaned in over a year (pandemic), and we had not kept up with things very well. It was like a whole new house! Wow, we are blown away by Maid to Clean! Due to various life circumstances, it was time to get help with cleaning our home. We had heard great things about Maid to Clean and loved that they were a local company. Not only was the crew that came to our home excellent and kind but they far exceeded our expectations. Our home was cleaned beautifully. It was spotless when the crew left, and by far cleaner than we moved in (it is a rental). We were so impressed with the attention to detail! I've been a loyal customer for more than five years, and I can't say enough good things about these wonderful folks. Their prices are competitive, their customer service staff is always attentive and responsive, and their cleaning stuff always do a careful and thorough job. Walking back in my home after they finish cleaning our apartment is like a big breath of fresh air for my wife and me. I recommend their services enthusiastically and without reservation.

I highly recommend MTC. My house gets pretty “dusty” from my dog, but the cleaning crew does a thorough job of cleaning. So nice to come home from work to a clean house. And it frees up my weekends from having to clean. I’m grateful for all the work they do.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Maid to Clean over the last two years. They come to my townhouse weekly, and when they leave, my home glistens. That’s no easy task with three dogs living here! The attention to detail is outstanding and no area of the house goes uncleaned. I love the fresh smell and sparkle! I also appreciate that they are efficient which is important because my husband and I both work from home. I need a service that comes in and works quickly so we can be on calls without disruption. I usually don’t leave reviews, but WOW! The Maid to Clean team did an amazing job!

From the very start, I was impressed. I called to schedule, and someone (actually!) answered and got me set up right away with an initial deep clean, answering all my questions. I got an email confirmation, and was able then converse by email, with quick responses.

The team of three that came to my house a couple of days ago was also absolutely fantastic. They arrived on time, and got right to it. They worked very hard and diligently, and politely cleaned around me as I worked from home. I didn’t know what to expect as this was my first experience with a cleaning team, but by the time they were done, everything was sparkling from top to bottom. Of particular note, they made my shower floor white and looking clean again! My husband and I tried to scrub that ourselves so many times with no success since we rent and it’s an old shower, but this team made it look so nice!

Now I have more time to spend with my family on weekends, and I will definitely be using them for recurring cleans from now on!
