Hired MTC for initial deep clean with future recurring cleanings, in the thick of the holiday season (think: a couple of days before Dec. 25) and they squeezed me in before New Years! I am blown away by their attention to detail, their eco friendly methods, their promptness, and their courteous communication. I walked into a house that felt happy! Sparkling and shiny.

Things that I thought were just permanent stains, they magically removed. I mean, years ago someone spilled nail polish in a toilet bowl and I've never been able to get it off. Well, it's gone now. GONE!

Yes, they are more expensive than a lot of other places. They are also less expensive than a lot of other places. Knowing that their staff are employees not independent contractors, that they are paid a living wage, that they are long term employees, and that I'm supporting a woman-owned, local business makes spending a little more worth it to me. It's a reasonable price to pay for the quality of work and service they provide.

All but one of the teams that came to my apartment to clean did a wonderful job. When there was one team that came when I was ill, and did a poor job, the manager in the office was fairly polite, aggressive at times and implied that I was making up the problem. She also accused me of having a cleaning crew come while I had Covid, which is something I would never willfully do and I isolated while the cleaning team was here and I thought I had a cold. She also questioned my honesty when I called and realized that an antique Waterford wineglass was missing and probably broken by the one team that did a poor job while I was ill; as I would never lie about auch a thing and was basically blown off, being told that “they were bonded” and therefore the cleaners are not responsible, I would say this was the lowest level of customer service from a manager I’ve ever encountered. (I would have called the owner of the business if I knew how to.)

There is more to say but the quality of work is generally very good and the cleaners are very thorough. They mostly have done a great job. That being said, if you have a problem with anything or someone accidentally breaks one of your family’s Waterford wine glasses, you can expect understated hostility, defensiveness and zero customer service in solving the problem from the office manager.

I had the rare opportunity to go behind the scenes at Maid to Clean. They are living and walking what they preach...eco-conscious, intense training and screening, on-site quality control checks, nurturing the needs of their employees which in turn leads to happy and pleasant staff members. I rode shot gun on a quality inspection and was able to meet a few clients who were home and get their positive feedback. If it's a quality professional service that you are looking for this is the place to get the most value for your investment.

Maid to Clean cleaned my apartment regularly for about a year. I really appreciated their thorough cleaning as well as their positive customer service. They were always very flexible when I needed to change the date of cleanings. I would highly recommend them.

I am in awe of how clean they got my house today. Absolutely terrific experience from start to finish. Needed a deep clean. I reached out to them on their website and they responded promptly with the questions I had. On cleaning day they kept in touch with me on the progress of their cleaning and called me on what to do with trash bags since they didn’t want to break HOA rules. 100 percent recommend.

I recently hired MTC to clean my rental property in Alexandria. The team did an amazing job after my renter left it in a filthy condition. Three team members came and deep cleaned it from top to bottom. They did not miss any details and completely overhauled the property including washing baseboards wood work, and even cleaned out the fireplace which was full of ashes from the winter. They also hauled out a bunch of trash that was left behind by the tenant. I was very impressed at their professionalism and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Tatiana and Team 12 took wonderful care for my rental property today. Made the kitchen and bathroom look brand new and ready for my tenants to move in. Would definitely recommend them and look forward to utilizing them in the future. Well done.

I get my house cleaned once a month by Maid to Clean as a part of keeping my house less dusty and clean. They clean by entire 1000 square ft. condo, floors, 2 bathrooms, stovetop, make the bed and dust, and shine the appliances.

Maid to Clean is very responsive, on time and always efficient. If I have questions or want improvements they are always available for a phone call and will do what they can to make adjustments. Sometimes I travel out of the country and am not home so they are always very receptive if I need to skip a month if my house does not need cleaning. I think the thing I like the best is that the products they use are organic and are natural. I do not like chemicals and try to keep a green household, so they have a way using natural products and making things cleaner than what I have ever seen when chemicals are used. They pay attention to detail, so detailed that they see things I don't see! I always support women owned businesses but Maid to Clean is truly unique in that the owner cares about her employees who are female and takes care of their families as well. If you choose them, you will not be disappointed at all!!

Had them come and do a deep clean of my parents’ apartment. It’s a small space and I thought their price was a little high but my mother is so happy with the work! She said she keeps finding places in the apartment that she hadn’t realized they cleaned. They were super thorough! And my understanding is that it costs a bit more so they can pay a decent wage and I’m good with that!

This was my 1st time using Maid To Clean. Kenny and her team (Ingrid & Griceldo) we're great and I've never seen my house look and feel cleaner. Although they needed a bit more time than quoted/expected, I appreciated they didn't rush and truly left no corner untouched. Looking forward to having monthly service

Great work. Maid to Clean staff come and go like magic. Always reliable, always arrive as scheduled, and always magically finished before we even see them! All work is detailed and thorough. Example: they take my shoes off my closet floor, clean the floor, and put back the shoes in far better order than they found them. LOVE !

I've been using Maid to Clean for my home for the past year and they have not disappointed. I have a 3 person crew come every two weeks and they focus on the areas that I simply don't have time to do. They dust, vacuum, mop the floors, and clean the kitchen so it sparkles every time. Having 2 small dogs who shed leads to a lot of dog hair around the house, which I vacuum in between their cleaning visits, but when they clean, you can't even tell the dogs are there. They are a huge convenience to have and I can't imagine changing or stopping service with them. If you need a regular and reliable cleaning service, Maid to Clean is the one. You will not be disappointed.

The crews are all professional, well-attired, and thorough. I've used Maid To Clean for several years now.

I'm what you might call a heavy user.

We own a bunch of furnished apartments, and we really need our places to be extraordinarily clean.

And often we are on very tight time schedules.

Maid To Clean has been hands down the best service we've used.

They send an entire crew, no matter the size of the property. That means they are fast.

And they clearly have a system worked out.

The teams do an outstanding job. They clean everything - ceiling fan blades, tops of appliances, etc. Places that many maid companies miss.

Organizationally they are terrific. Always very easy to reach by email and phone, their billing is always right, and the interactions I have with the crews is outstanding.

Clearly they've been trained as professionals. That's not always the case in the DC area, so the difference is great to see.

They also clean my own home. And do a tremendous job.

I get the feeling they treat their employees well, as there seems to be very little turnover. This, in an industry known for constant turnover.

Maid To Clean has cleaned for us probably 400 times now. And the results are consistently very, very good.

I recently hired Maid to Clean (MTC) for a deep clean of my townhouse style condo (1,500 square feet). This was the first professional cleaning after five years of remodeling projects along with the daily wear and tear of a dog and two cats. I was very impressed with how transparent MTC is on their pricing and they were over-communicative during the lead up to and on the day of the visit. Tatiana and her team took the time to introduce themselves and then set out one the four hour cleaning. They delivered on their promise to do a very detailed cleaning! Appreciated the fact that they use pet-friendly cleaning solutions and that leave the home without an overly strong smell - just clean and fresh. It was a noticeable difference! Off to a great start and I plan to use them on a recurring basis.

The team did a great job. Aside from doing a great job cleaning,
they were thorough . They were gentle on the house so as not to damage the corners of walls. My previous cleaning company damaged walls.

My experience with Maid to Clean has been wonderful. Marleny and her team show up each week and make our house sparkle. The whole team, (Group 11 - Enamorado, Mirna and Franci) is a delight. I not only look forward to how clean my home will be when they finish, but I enjoy their personalities. They are consistent, efficient, and hard working! Phenomenal service from start to finish. They were professional, very kind, showed up on time, and did an incredible job cleaning our place. Even if it's slightly more expensive than other options, I'm confident the value we received in return (the level of service and cleanliness) greatly exceeded those other options.
