I would recommend to Roto Rooter to anyone who needs their plumbing issues addressed. We had an extensive leak and Henry worked to get to the source and give repair options. They came on short notice and were very thorough.

Root-Rooter came within 2 hours of my reaching out to them. They were able to quickly clear a backed up sink that wasn’t draining using a snake. Henry was professional and was able to quickly fix the issue. I’ve used Roto-rooter in the past for different plumbing problems that have occurred and they always provide exceptional service.

Another excellent job from Roto-Rooter! Had a great experience with excellent and timely service provided by Henry. Needed emergency repair done on kitchen sink and water line/valve. Henry came prepared to fix the issue, had it diagnosed and everything done with great quality and speed. Roto-Rooter is definitely my plumbing service provider of choice!

Henry, Was totally professional. Arrived on time and went straight to work and completed installation of our new toilet. He was courtesy and professional during the installation. We definitely will call Henry back to replace our other 3 toilets.

Called Roto-Rooter because I had a leak under my kitchen sink. The lady told that a per will come within 2 hours. It was about 7:25 pm and the Jose came before 8pm and did a great job. He was very professional, attention to details. He was great on what he does. Would highly recommend him. He even organized the hose. Pictures shows the before and after.

I am more than happy with the work completed by Henry. He was prompt, quick, and efficient. I’d be more than happy to reach again in the event we need support in the future.

Note the date!! Thanksgiving!! And my washing machine was backing up nasty water out of a bathroom sink. Called 3 places only to have Roto Rooter answer and tell me someone could be there in less than 2 hours. Henry arrived. Introduced himself and asked how he could help. An hour or so later my drain was clear and I am back to my holiday!

Delighted with the quick response to our sewer line blockage, they got a technician out to us within an hour of my call. The service include running the cutter snake as well as a camera afterwards so we could clearly see what the problem was and exactly where we need to start digging to fix it. Both technicians (Henry on the snake machine and Bryan with the camera) were terrific, friendly and professional and flexible with our options for how to approach the problem. Not the lowest price but a quick response with top notch equipment earns my respect for the work they did.

Henry came and made my kitchen faucet replacement quick and easy. I’d been dreading it for a year and a half. I had a bucket under my sink lol. Lanel was very professional and helpful tonight. He was able to diagnose the issue and fix a plumbing issue quickly at my rental property.

Lanel went over and beyond to explain the issue and resolution. He was even able to provide a video and pictures as well which helped my understanding of the root cause. I appreciate the friendly customer service. I've had experiences with other places talking down on me, so this was refreshing.

Kramer and Sons was great. Scheduling was easy and fast and the woman who helped me on the phone was very nice.

The plumber who came out, Juan, may be my new favorite person. My husband and I bought our house in the spring and have been putting off a few plumbing fixes (bathtub faucet pipe was too long, small drip in the basement, lead gasket at the main water shut off valve). Juan explained everything he was going to do and why and was really quick in making the repairs. He even offered some solicited advice on how we could fix other things ourselves, like a semi-clogged bathtub.

He communicated well, left everything tidy, and was just generally pleasant to be around. Prices were reasonable and all of the repairs he made look great. I would definitely use Kramer and Sons again and I would request Juan specifically.

Team was very professional and offered explanations and quotes for each issue they addressed. Labor seemed like it was on the pricey side, but they did a good job and were respectful of our home. We’d use Kramer again.

I appreciated how quickly they were able to diagnose the plumbing problem and fix the issue promptly. They were very honest and transparent about the cost of the repair and gave helpful advice on what was truly necessary to fix versus vs optional. Will use them again.
