I am so impressed with the services provided by the Pipe Doctor. My wife and I had a leak in our water line. I called a few companies. Gary, at Pipe Doctor, was the first to come out and give us an estimate. Their price came in very competitive but what made us go with them was their raving reviews. The reviews were definitely correct. The job to bring out the machinery, dig, replace the water line, reinsert the bushes, then seed and straw the area only took one business day. There were 5 or 6 guys working at one point. The crew was so respectful and clean. If they tracked in some dirt they cleaned it up. I am very impressed. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!!!!

I called the Pipe Doctor to address my kitchen sink not draining. Owen was very professional and explained what needed to be done to fix the issue. He also was able to fix some other issues in the bathrooms. He did a fantastic job and will definitely reach back out to the Pipe Doctor for future work!

Owen is great! He has the expertise to get the job done, from sump pump installation to water heater work. He was also incredibly efficient in changing my faucet—something I attempted myself but eventually gave up on—and he finished it in less than 15 minutes. Quick scheduling. Friendly technician. Three other plumbers couldn’t get the job done. Owen showed up and was clear on the approach, risks, options for the project. He was able to get our leak fixed in a timely manner. Prices are fair, but a touch high. You get what you pay for though and in this case the problem is solved, so we are satisfied with our experience. Will use again for future work.

Owen was prompt, assessed the situation with our sewage pump, and gave clear recommendations. The quote was reasonable for the job, and he cleaned up afterwards. I’d definitely call them again.

We experienced superb customer service both on the front end of quoting and entering into a contractual agreement, as well as during the completion of the work and after care. They replaced the main water line to our home and did so in an efficient manner while taking care to limit damages to our yard while conducting the work. After completion of the work, we had a question about the residual high price we were seeing in our water bill, and without question they came on site again and confirmed the water meter was not showing any leak, indicating the billing cycle was just catching up from when we had the leak. We would not hesitate to use their services again.

Owen, with Pipe Doctor was terrific! He arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem and do the repair after determining that there were no other sources of the pipe leak. He had all the equipment needed and was very careful cutting the smallest portion of the ceiling necessary to do the repair without creating a mess. I highly recommend Owen and Pipe Doctor to diagnose and repair your plumbing problems. I know we have found a terrific plumber who we will call whenever needed!
