I called O’Neill freaking out about a leak in my house and I couldn’t find the shut off valve. While I didn’t need his services at our home, because we found the valve he was so calm and helped me over the phone! He was so kind and reassuring and if I ever need help I will certainly give them a call. Highly recommend.

Shannon has been my plumber for ages now. First time I needed a plumber, I was worried about a leak based on my water bill. He poked around, showed me what to look for, then didn’t charge me anything. Ever since then, he has been my guy. Replaced all my toilets, sinks, new hot water heater. Had a failed element in the middle of snowmagedon, he walked me through the process of how I could isolate it and keep water flowing over the phone until he could visit the next day. He will always be my plumber, and I would recommend him to everyone.

My water heater stopped making hot water. No good! Owen from Pipe Doctor came out and assessed the situation. As the water heater was almost 15 years old, it made sense to replace it. I got on the schedule, and Owen was back and did a great job. He communicated the project to me and answered my questions. Hopefully, I won't have water heater issues for a long time, but I would go back to them for other plumbing needs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Owen from The Pipe Doctor, and I can’t say enough good things about him. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism and kindness put me at ease. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue with my well, explaining each step in clear, understandable terms—and his prices were refreshingly reasonable.

What I respected most was Owen’s integrity. Even though he had the expertise to tackle my well pump himself, he recognized that it required a true specialist. He referred me to a trusted well-pump expert, who called me right away and got the job done. It’s rare to find someone who is both so knowledgeable and genuinely honest about what’s best for the customer.

Owen and Dr. Plumber are a wonderful, honest, and professional company. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing or well services—you won’t find a more reliable team.

From the initial appointment call to Owen and David arriving on time excellent experience, again. The kitchen faucet began leaking from the base running down into the cabinets, I called after 5:00 p.m. and spoke with a lovely lady who put me on the schedule as requested for the next morning. Owen and David arrived on time, assessed the problem, offered the solutions with an explanation and got to work. This is my third experience with Pipe Doctor and the service has been consistently superb! I will continue to call Pipe Doctor when something goes wrong or just need an upgrade. These guys are great, the business is legit, very professional group to work with. Thank you Owen and David for fixing the faucet and for the friendly service.😊

First experience-really BIG job.

My misfortune of having a main water line burst in the dead of winter was eased by the crew from Pipe Doctor located in Annandale, Va. We take for granted turning on the water from the faucet and having water flow thou, toilet flushing, cooking, bathing, clothes washed until there is no water… The crew from Pipe Doctor came out with snow on the ground to provide a temporary fix allowing water into the house until the ground could be dug up replacing the water line. This took all day to accomplish with several men working through the snow and frigid temperatures. Once the snow cleared from the ground and it was safe to dig a six foot deep canal through the yard they were right back to work replacing “blue pipe” with copper. The ground dirt and shrubs reinstalled, grass seed and straw put down over the trench with care. Each step, option and reasonable costs were explained with patience. It’s when traumatic financial and necessary repairs happen that we are forced to put our trust in a Company , my trust was rewarded. If I’m unfortunate enough to have this happen again, I will call Pipe Doctor without hesitation.

After dealing with a leaking pressure valve and water shutoff valve that two other plumbers couldn’t fix (from another company), I reached out to The Pipe Doctor, and I am pleased with the outcome. Owen was the technician who came out, and he was great from start to finish. He took the time to assess the issue thoroughly and clearly explained where the multiple leaks were coming from and what needed to be done to fix the problem. His communication was honest and easy to understand; no upselling or pressure. Owen completed the repair quickly and correctly, and the leak is finally gone. I highly recommend The Pipe Doctor, especially Owen, if you're looking for a plumber who knows what they’re doing and takes pride in doing it right.

Great service! Owen and David came to investigate some intermittent sewer smells from our half-bathroom. They reviewed our home plumbing setup, talked through some options, and decided to do a 'smoke test' to check for potential leaks. They quickly got to work, and found the source, a faulty toilet wax ring. After that, and discussing options, they re-seated the toilet. I'm jealous of how cleanly they were able to seal the caulk around the base, looks awesome. All in all, it took 2 hours total, and they were informative and professional throughout the whole job. We really appreciate how Owen and David listened to our concerns, explained the process and technical details, and did a very professional and clean repair to the toilet. 5 stars from us, and highly recommended for your plumbing repair needs!

We had tree roots growing into our pipes and causiing sewage to back up into our yard. Pipe dr eased my concerns and were quck to fix our issue. Great company, did great work! Highly recommend!

Owen did a fantastic job tracking down the leak to my upstairs neighbors tub. It took several trips up and down as he tested different drains. He was polite, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Highly recommend him your water leaking needs.

I had an issue with my water heater expansion tank which was crooked and filled with water. Owen worked quickly and efficiently to assess and resolve the issue. He took time to explain what he did and gave additional advice on how to prevent other issues. He even fixed a low water pressure issue without prompting. I really liked working with the people here. They listened to me when scheduling the service and Owen who came out was very thorough and talked me through everything he did. The smoke test seemed a bit on the pricey side but they were able to figure out a solution and fix it quickly.

Service was excellent. Technician (Owen) was professional, friendly and communicative. He did a great job while explaining everything. However, we do feel the price for what was accomplished, was a bit over priced. Our final bill was over $2000 dollars.

Great experience with the company. They phoned and texted to keep me informed throughout the process and on the day of arrival Owen was fantastic in going through the many plumbing issues in the house with me and pricing each one clearly.

I was very pleased with the plumbing services provided by Mike from Pipe Doctor, which was recommended to me by a neighbor who had recently used their services.. I had several problems — dripping/leaky faucets and sink traps, toilet that wouldn’t stop flushing, and a clogged toilet drain. Mike quickly replaced the faucet and sink trap, and rebuilt the innards of the flushing toilet. And, he quickly diagnosed the clogged toilet drain as a much more serious problem, that is still being addressed. Throughout, Mike was knowledgeable, professional, and very willing and able answer any questions I had. Based on my experience so far, I would gladly call on Pipe Doctor Plumbing & Drain Cleaning again for plumbing services.
