The techn arrived in a timely manner , quickly identified the problem. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and professionalism. Fixed our sink with out any issues in I would highly recommend them .

Reasonable service call fee and quick response with only a 2 hour time window. Rocky, the plumber, showed up on time and was very polite and professional. Five stars for Rocky. His determination was I needed to snake a 10'-12' section of 4 inch irrigation drain pipe. At that point, the office called to tell me it would be $700 and there was no guarantee it would work. If it didn't work, a $900 camera snake could be used. With prices like that, for such common services, a better customer service decision would be to advise up front. So a mixed review and next time I will use a business that quotes prices up front.

These guys are super professional, and honest. Needed a new water heater and they had it installed within a few hours, so my kids could bathe. They also advised me that the original heater wasn’t installed well to withstand an earthquake and made those modifications. Recommended!

Alexandria Plumbing Pros, specifically Diego the Plumbing Technician, were fantastic! From the office (Mr. Lance) aptly handling my hurried request (leaking pipe that was leaking through my kitchen ceiling) quickly (came out within 3 hours of request on a Friday) to Diego accurately finding the problem and efficiently fixing it, the whole team was great and I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

The pricing for the work was very fair, too, in my estimation (a little over $400 for cutting through drywall, cutting out the portion of pipe that was destroyed/nailed into, completely fixing the main water pipe to the faucet, and soldering the pipe appropriately to ensure no leaks). They do not do drywall repair, but that is to be expected at any plumbing service. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone in the Alexandria area!

Company provided an estimate on a garbage disposal replacement. Sounded great, gave the firm my credit card information and locked in the service. Waited around all morning for my 9 - 12 appointment, tech never showed. Call the company around 12:30 and got an "oops, they put the appointment for next week". Nice enough on the phone, but should be able to show up for appointments. Get to spend the next couple weeks making sure they don't charge my card.

I couldn't have picked a better and more professional team to help me with my plumbing issues. They came out, made an assessment and quoted me reasonably and shortly after fixed my leaking problem in the master bathroom.

Great experience with O'Neill plumbing who replaced my 20 year old water heater with a state of the art system. Works great and designed to save csts on heating. ALl copper construction including complete new plumbing feeding the water heater. When we ran into issues with a failed gas regulator valve 11 months after the install, O'Neill was very quick to respond and had us back up and running with full warranty service at no cost. I feel confident that Shannon and his team not only do great work, but support it over time as well.

We have used O'Neill Plumbing several times over the years and have found them to always be professional, courteous, and prompt. They have installed two water heaters in two different homes, helped us out with several minor issues over the phone for no charge, assisted us in finding water damage remediation services, and replaced a toilet or two. Shannon answered the phone and remembers what he has done at our house and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services.

The best!!!! After having been lied to by another plumber and receiving terrible service, Shannon and team stepped in to save the day! They couldn’t fit me in for my regency repair but Shannon kept texting and calling to make sure the work I was receiving was good. It wasn’t so thank goodness for Shannon as they were able to come out after hours and fix the issue! So professional, no mess was left and no surface was unprotected. Jimmy and Pedro were great as well!! Everyone was respectful and took the time to teach me the issue instead of talk down to me for not being a plumbing expert (as a single woman, this is so appreciated). MORE INFO: I’m writing the review for others to have the confidence to hire O’Neill Plumbing:

I thought I clogged a kitchen sink in my rental. Very simple explanation, but i didn’t have the tools. Shannon showed up 1hour 30min after I put in the call...incredibly fast (or what I consider very very prompt service).

My kitchen sink has had issues, and it (had been) repaired MULTIPLE times by non licensed contractors (3 times in 5 years). Shannon showed up at my house with 0 info other than “I think I clogged the pipe, I just need some help fixing it”. When he came into the kitchen to look at the sink, he IMMEDIATELY said, “the plumbing configuration is all wrong, and that’s causing a major problem”. He listed /pointed out all the thing wrong with the kitchen sink... which was all done previously by someone who was not a licensed plumber. (You get what you pay for here folks).

Shannon continues and says, “I bet your dish washer doesn’t work either”... and he was 100% on the money. My dishwasher never worked properly for 5 years. It didn’t take Shannon 5 min to figure out what a non licensed contractor couldn’t fix for 5 years. (The money spent hiring someone OTHER THAN O’Neill plumbing..had been an absolute waste of money).

Shannon came prepared for everything! He had all proper equipment; snakes to clear drains, the cameras, the tools and PVC piping to re configure the sink. I requested them to unclog my drain, and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to “make it right”.

Do yourself a favor, and hire O’Neill Plumbing. Hiring anyone else is a waste of time and money. Shannon’s (O’Neill Plumbing) is going to get the job done fast with piece of mind that you won’t have any future issues.

We had our water heater go out on a weekend and O'Neill Plumbing was the second plumbing service we called. Shannon provided a lower estimate (and had no interest in what the first company's estimate was) and sold himself instead of talking negatively about any other plumbing service. He came out the same day and his team provided quick and professional service, always taking the time to explain what he was doing and answering any questions that we had.
