Antonio was great! On-time, professional, and walked me through the entire process of unclogging my basement floor drain. I'd highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

First of all: highway robbery. Snaking one floor drain cost me $799. Double what I expected it would be.

Second, the plumber was about four hours late. I was scheduled from 8:00 AM and he arrived after noon.

Third, I had two plumbing issues, one of which wasn't addressed at all. (The floor draining issue was taken care of, at great expense.) I purchased a property with a shower-tub with a shoddy do-it-yourself installation. I wanted the plumber to redo the installation properly and with new hardware. He informed me that he couldn't use the hardware I purchased (fair enough) but then had nothing to offer as far as improving the existing set-up.

Fourth, I'd say he was unprofessional. Among other things, he asked me how much I paid to purchase the property. I mean, this information is public record so he could look it up if he desired, but to just ask me was so nosy.

Circling back though: $799. Ridiculous.

Called and obtained an appointment relatively quickly from the dispatcher to address the replacement of the seating / faucet. I was quoted $175, but charged $185 for the initial assessment, which was to be applied to the repair. The repairman was a contractor, but cordial and professional. He went out to his truck to discuss what he found with dispatch and, as I had been told would occur, dispatch called to review the quote. The quote, for $1160 was double what my husband had expected, especially considering we already had the parts on hand. We were offered a 10% discount after challenging the high cost. We almost went through with it, but called a few other companies first. While they couldn’t determine what they would charge without seeing it in person, they did respond that the quote seemed very high. We ended up going with a different company that completed the work at just under $500. Beware of this company.

Once technician arrive we explain the issue and he understands what has to be done. His customer service agent calls and tells us that on top of the $175 they have already charge us, to exchange the old bottom bathtub faucet for the new one, it would cost $599. $599 to just take something off and put something on. The customer service agent, whose name is Christopher proceed to say “I’ll give you a discount if $100 off; which would make it $499.” My girlfriend and I asked for time to think about it at least 5-10 minutes and we would call back. Time wasn’t up yet and he calls me back demanding a decision. I told him that $599 was too much for us, he corrects me in a rude manner and says I told your girlfriend $499. I proceeded to tell him that that is still too much and we would not be using their services. I also expressed that I am a veteran and being that they are a veteran company those prices are a bit outrageous; while I understand they have a business to run, to charge someone $599 to literally take one piece off and to put another piece on is ridiculous, because we even ask to just buy the part from them so we could do it ourselves, because we know the part didn’t cost much but we needed the exact one, but they refused to sell it to us. The customer agent Christopher was very rude and we will definitely be not using any of their services and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone either.

These guys are pros and worth every penny. They didn't try to gouge us but looked for a reasonable solution. Highly recommend.

It cost me almost $300, their service/evaluation fee, to come to my house and confirm what I told them on the home. I wasted $300, but it was way cheaper then having the do the work.

Technician was three hours late and could not fix a basic faucet leak. He turned the faucet on and off, but had no idea how to prevent the water from running down the side (pretty sure this is plumbing 101). He took a few pictures and said he would have to come back a second time. The visit took less than 5 minutes, and the company wanted to charge $175 for an unknowledgeable, unprepared "plumber." For the second visit to fix the leak, he would have to charge another $175, of course. When we called to express our concerns to the company, the supervisor hung up on us. I guess their customer service is as good as their plumbing service.
