On a recent Saturday evening, Experienced a shower that could not be turned off. Called O’Neill, Shannon answered promptly, requested a photo of the shower handle, determined that he had the necessary parts and informed us that he was on the way. Shannon arrived in @ 45 mins, made the repairs, cleaned up the area, checked to make the shower was working properly and was out in less than an hour. I highly recommend O’Neill for plumbing needs at any hour.

O'Neill plumbing showed up the next day on time after I called late at night for a slow leaky pipe. I was about to leave town for some time so the leak was a big concern for me.

Cole investigated the leak and diagnosed the cause right away. He explained to me clearly what needed to be done, the specific breakdown of cost and why other options would not work in this case. All of these made me feel comfortable to go with his recommendation.

Hands down best experience I've ever had with a plumber or any home services professional. I called when I had a home project gone wrong, and Shannon O'Neill offered to come out my house in 1-2 hours, but also offered me some advice and troubleshooting. With his help I was able to fix the problem myself within 5 minutes!

Shannon responded in a true emergency situation -a badly backed up kitchen sink the night before an early flight out of town. He came out at 9pm as promised. Do you know what people love about toilets? When you flush the unmentionables down the drain and never see it again. Well, on a beautiful Sunday morning, our drains decided to backup and we got to see stuff again. A quick call to O'Neill Plumbing got a master certified plumber out to our house to take care of the situation. They were quick, professional, great customer service, and cleaned up once they were done. Overall great experience and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for our plumbing needs.

Shannon O'Neill is an excellent plumber. But classifying him as merely a plumber vastly undersells his abilities and versatility.

Shannon was able to correctly identify a water intrusion problem that had thus far eluded other specialists, regrade my back yard with excavators and bobcats, and correct a mistake made by irrigation installers which was causing my front lawn to flood. All the while, Shannon didn't push unnecessary treatments or products, provided fair assessments, was patient with questions, and was in general just awesome to deal with.

He's a consummate professional who's extremely easy to do business with - highly recommend.

Can’t speak highly enough of Shannon. Called him out of the blue (almost 6 years after he fixed a different plumbing problem for us)- not only did he pick up on the 2nd ring, but he remotely helped me diagnose and fix a problem that was ultimately fairly simple, saving me from another company’s absurd $900+ quote. In all, spent about 40mins on the phone and he saved me time, money, and many headaches. He didn’t ask for a dime in return, but he’ll sure be the first call I make for any plumbing needs.

We recently moved into a new home and woke up one morning to find our old water heater literally bursting at the seams. After shutting off the valves, we contacted several plumbers for estimates, which were all in the same ballpark, however, Shannon was the only one that was able to troubleshoot everything over the phone after sending him pictures via email. With a busy schedule, this is a huge plus since I didn't have to coordinate schedules to have someone physically come to my home. Not only that, he was the only plumber that was able to determine that my water heater was still under warranty and told me exactly how to contact the manufacturer to get a free replacement. In fact, the age of the water heater was one of the first things he asked me on the phone, and none of the others even bothered checking the warranty. With the install itself, they were very accommodating with the schedule and they did an excellent job at a speedy pace. Upon completion they explained thoroughly on how everything works and how to maintain it, and they didn't leave until they knew that I was completely satisfied, which I was. With the combination of excellent customer service, high quality of work, and speed, they are the only plumber that I could confidently recommend. Our experience with O’Neill Plumbing was nothing less than great! We needed quick service on a Sunday afternoon and while other companies either couldn’t come out for 1-2 days or were going to charge an arm and a leg to do so, Shannon was very responsive and reasonable. He was professional and courteous and the work exceeded expectations. He even coordinated for another company to perform the water mitigation, which saved us a lot of time. As an owner of several properties, I’ve unfortunately had a lot of negative experience with vendors. That is why it is so refreshing when you work with a company that actually seems to take pride in its work and valuable its customer. For plumbing service, you can’t find any better!

I called O'Neill Plumbing Services in a panic on a Sunday night after hearing a waterfall in my basement. Shannon arrived within 2 hours! It was not an easy task to figure out where the leak originated but Shannon found it and did the repair the same night. I really appreciated how he tried to thoroughly understand the problem and inform me of the charges before performing any work. He also treated me and my home with care and respect. He cut the smallest hole possible to investigate an area where the wainscoting could've been easily damaged, and I never felt talked down to or dismissed as I've felt with many other contractors. A+ for expert analysis, repair, and great customer service skills! I will definitely be calling O'Neill Plumbing Services for any future plumbing needs. This company also utilizes modern tech tools such as Quickbooks payment links and sending a google calendar appointment / attaching pics of the work to the calendar invite after the work is performed - pure gold for those of us who need photos to file an insurance claim!

O'Neill Plumbing was one of the best finds 10 years ago. Right after we bought our home we had a leak from a pipe. Shannon the owner fix it and we have been using O'Neill ever since. With O'Neill I always known the job will be fixed right. We have used the company for a few emergencies over the years and the service is always prompt. Just recently I had another issue and Shannon was at my home within 20 minutes to access the problem. More important to me he was working to make sure the problem was fixed the same day even if it meant he was working on it until almost midnight. The next day I saw there was a minor problem but I texted him a photo of the problem at around 8:00 - I told Shannon I had it under control and can wait until the next day. Shannon was at my home within 10 minutes and the problem was fixed shortly after. That is service and dedication to the customer and the work.
