Henry was fast. Got the leaking pipe in my ceiling repaired in under a few hours. Would use Roto-Rooter again.

Completely unprofessional. I called with an emergency last night, was told a technician would be available between 8-12am the following morning. Called back, and they told me all pf their technician were booked, and they claimed I didn’t return a missed call, when I called immediately after I saw the missed call. They claim they had no record of this.

Do not call this service in an emergency because they are completely unreliable and useless.

Henry is an excellent plumber! I asked him to disconnect the waterline at the back of my refrigerator to stop water leaking, but he suggested a better solution—cutting the water supply under the sink to ensure no leaks since the water line at the back of the fridge is very old and it may be leaking or fail anytime. I followed his advice, and now there’s no more leaking water. Thank you so much, Henry! I’ll definitely use your service again.
