It was so easy to schedule a quick appointment. The plumber was very nice, professional and I didn't have to do anything but explain the problem then check it out when finished. He had to pull a toilet, and I never would have known he'd been there! Everything was left as clean as he found it. I will use them again and have already recommended to a friend.

Came out to perform a fairly urgent job on a backed up sewer line. Arrived as quickly as possible, communicating every step. Upon arrival Rene, the technician, went right to work on the problem and we were back up and running in less than an hour. By far the best experience I’ve had with any trade service, they installed a tankless water heater for us and they were so professional, CLEAN, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I’d recommend them to anyone. I swear they left my home cleaner than before they arrived, so impressed.

Switched to Kramer & Sons after years of using other companies and never getting my HVAC to work properly. Their guys finally figured out exactly the problems and the system works amazing now. They saved me a lot of money where others kept insisting I needed a whole new system. I now use them for all my plumbing and water heater maintenance too.

This past Saturday morning (11/19) I called Home Serve with whom I have insurance coverage for my home's sewer line. I explained that the bathroom drains were backing up and draining very slowly. They had determined that it was a 'critical' issue and within 30 minutes I was contacted by Kramer & Sons who said they would send someone to evaluate the problem. Shortly after that I received a call from Juan P and he advised he'd be at my house within the hour. Upon his arrival I explained the situation. I should note that Juan was very professional, courteous and a pleasure to speak with. At that point he contacted someone, though I'm not certain who, and was given the okay to 'snake' my sewer line from inside the house since there was no outside access. After laying down protective floor coverings, he proceeded to remove the guest bathroom toilet and then operated the 'snake' into the sewer line. When he was done, he reinstalled and caulked around the base of the toilet and cleaned up any debris that had accumulated. Juan's attention to detail and willingness to answer many of the questions I had about what he was doing is commendable. Kramer & Sons is fortunate to have such a hard-working, capable and dedicated employee.

I highly recommend Kramer & Sons. Earlier this year, they replaced an old tanked water heater with a tankless unit completing the job on cost and time with no surprises. They went above and beyond to help me get a rebate from the gas company and to coordinate a needed electrical outlet. All my questions were answered completely and promptly. The team was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased with their work.

Kramer and sons was impressive from the phone call and scheduling to the actual appointment itself. Holly took my call and spent a long time with me on the phone discussing the problem. The plumber that came to my house, his name escapes me, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I began using Kramer & Sons Plumbing Heating & AC when another plumbing company stated they didn't have a long enough plumbing snake to do the job in my home. I was very satisfied with Kramer's performance that day and have used them ever since. Why would I call any other plumber if I know that Kramer & Sons has the equipment that apparently other company's don't and they can get the job done went the come? Kramer and their employees are nice and do a good job, too. Can't go wrong with using Kramer & Sons Plumbing is my opinion.

The best plumbers I've ever dealt with. They helped me get a new toilet installed, through the permit process, rough in, all the pipes and concrete, to the actual toilet placement. Not to mention other smaller jobs like outdoor spigot installs and pipe cleaning. If there's a problem I can't fix myself, I call up Kramer and Sons. Everyone there is honest, straightforward, hard-working and personable.

Fast response to request, quick appointment set, fast repair, nice technician.

Had a sink drain clogged and made an appointment. Kramer said they would be here between 7:30 to 9 AM. They showed up at about 8 and had it fixed by about 8:20. Put on protective booties and after they finished they cleaned everything up. Very friendly and efficient. Have use used Kramer several times and have been extremely satisfied with their work every time. Would always recommend them for plumbing work.

Kramer and Sons provided me with excellent service. Julio was my plumber who arrived on time, was professional, and was very thorough in explaining how he was going to correct my whole house filtration solution and installation of a new water main shut off with secondary backup. He had all the parts (high quality parts), valves, and copper tubing, and tools to do the job. He explained step-by-step what he was doing and answered all my questions. I could not be happier with the final results of all the work done. Definitely a 5-Star service call. Without hesitation, I would recommend Kramer for plumbing jobs to any of my family and friends.

Excellent Service! We have many services done by Kramer. I am very happy with all the services that they provided, especially the sewage system replacement. Reasonable price, quick service, on time, professional work! They make sure everything clean and back to normal after the service done. A few times they helped contacting the insurance to get approval for us that other companies couldn’t provide enough details for insurance to approval the service. Kramer and Sons is a top notch company. They are always highly responsive and their customer service is fantastic. The people they hire are well trained and easy to work with. And they stand by their work. There was an issue with our water heater due to sediment build up (nothing to do with Kramer and Sons - issue with our hard water and manufacturer) and the company went out of their way to help get it covered under warranty. They've also sent their top person out on a special trip outside of working hours to help navigate a temperature setting issue. They always go out of their way to try to fit you in no matter how busy they are. I know it is tempting to go with a low-cost inexperienced firm, but you usually pay a price for that in the end (I've been there). Kramer and Sons is worth every penny and I'd recommend them without hesitation.

When a massive snowstorm required rescheduling, she proactively reset the appointment and confirmed the new time with me so I didn't have to stress about it.
