Dana was great. Took a deep dive into my heat pump and explained what he was doing. Invoice came online with a set of photos illustrating his work and diagnosis.

Dana goes above & beyond ‘the call of duty’ as the expression states. He is thorough & honest from the diagnosis to what kind of repair actually needs to be done. He asked good questions that helped both of us together decide what options are best. He answered all of my questions no matter what they were. He explained the options of what type of new AC system I would need for this size home & I was able to discuss with him recommendations based on information I gave him & his assessment. He will not push purchasing something that is not needed or try to sell an additional item for an additional cost just because it’s a trending or new product. He was honest also as to the availability of parts.
I really enjoyed working him. Very friendly. He’s very knowledgeable about old & new systems. I highly recommend him!

When I called to schedule the repair the customer service rep John was amazing. Super willing to answer questions and detail oriented and personable. Outstanding service! They diagnosed an issue that another company couldn't and repaired the system efficiently at a reasonable price. The technician explained the issue thoroughly and provided tips on how to prevent future problems. He also cleaned our compressor coil at a very competitive price. Ray Vermilian and his team installed a new hot water heater and took great care to take the old heater out without any water damage to the house. He was efficient, professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. The team left behind a box of brass fittings they did not use, but it was just an oversight.

Ray is a great plumber. He arrived at my home right away and immediately figured out the cause of the lack of hot water. He gave me a fair estimate, fixed a small problem with my bathroom faucet at no charge, and came back 2 days later to replace the hot water heater and install a utility tub. He and his helper were neat, and they finished the job quickly. I am very happy with A Action. They treat me like a preferred client. I don't ever feel like I need to get additional estimates becauise I trust this company.Thanks so much.

Dana was great. He explained every detail, worked hard to fix the issue, and gave advice on how to prevent a reoccurrence. When I called Norm this morning, he was very friendly and was able to schedule me for same day service!

I was having an issue with no hot water throughout my house. The technician was nice, and pointed out that my thermal mixing valve was the problem, which it was. However, I got an ~$800 quote to get it replaced. With a lot of doubt and a little research, I found a way to fix it. All it took was for me to run the water and twist the thermal valve from hot to cold a few times to clear out sediment build up to get my hot water back. Can’t believe I was given a $850 quote for such a simple fix…

Ray was great; very professional and gave me some good information about my water heater. Unfortunately, he didn't have the equipment required to perform diagnostic, on my unit, but he told me what to ask the next plumber to ensure they have the equipment needed.

I asked for a estimate for attic fan Installation and upgrade my bathroom fans. Luckily after shopping around I found their PRICES TO BE WAY TO HIGH. I was able to get all work done by another company for a FRACTION of what A action was going to charge me. Please if your reading this and are considering their services I just ask you to shop around!!
