Sergii came by and performed maintenance on my heating unit indoors and outdoors. He was extremely thorough, and took the time to explain everything he was checking/testing in a clear understandable way (down to the chemistry and physics of an AC/heating system!). Great service and will be staying with Cardinal for my services.

I’m editing my initial 5 star review after I engaged another plumber for comparison. Now I see Cardinal sent an inexperienced tech to me who generally said “ can’t be fixed” or “it’ll cost $1000 to replace parts “ and then never followed up. The Other Plumber (see my other review of them) was amazing by comparison. The Other Plumber ( not Cardinal) fixed all the issues on the spot at modest cost because they had parts in their van. Cardinal is a large bureaucratic company that employs a lot of inexperienced people. While you might get lucky and get one of their better techs, you might also have my experience. I prefer smaller and more closely managed plumbing companies

Our technician, Marc, was great. The company sent him out quickly to identify a plumbing leak and he worked with us to adjust approach and keep the job cost down to resolve the issue. Membership warrantees the project/fix for 2 years as well. Very pleased with how everything turned out.

Cardinal was quick to respond and get a technician, Brian, out to the house. Cardinal dispatch and Brian were professional, courteous and responsive. Brian clearly is an expert plumber and made quick work of our hot water heater plumbing - fixing my own mistakes. I would recommend Cardinal and Brian to any prospective customers.

UPDATE: used Cardinal again and Brian came back out promptly to replace the hot water heater (this had nothing to do with earlier work). Brian was a monster moving out the 400 pound 1989 old behemoth water heater and made sure the new one was properly installed. This was a cramped space and Brian had to get the old massive girl lifted five feet out of the crawl space - nothing short of Herculean effort. Great work and we highly recommend Cardinal and Brian for all your plumbing needs.

Sunday afternoon I called Cardinal Plumbing because out of the blue my basement started smelling like moldy. For my surprise I got an appointment for Monday at 2pm. On Monday 10/19 Abram Everist arrived in my house prompt at 2pm and I received a text message just a few minutes before he arrived saying that he was on his way. To many a long story short, I will make a list of things he did in one visit.
He tight my house front and back faucet, he Replace the cartridge in a single handle lav faucet 3 emergency shutoff valve bathrooms, but the biggest job was the water heater. We weren’t expecting to replace it but he pointed a few issues on our current one and a smell of gas that got it replaced as well. He cleaned the sun pump were the smell was coming from and after he finished it all the smell was gone. We are very satisfied with his work. Abram is an excellent professional, very clean, friendly and we definitely will recommend him for our friends. Cardinal Plumbing works with excellence and it’s employees proof it. Thank you so much!

Cardinal HVAC did an outstanding job performing annual furnace maintenance as requested. The Serviceman, Nelson Martinez, arrived ontime and was very courteous and professional. He clearly explained the condition of my system and recommended options for improved performance. There was no pressure just good service.

Sergii came out to inspect our heating system and was extremely helpful and patient explaining how it worked and what he was looking for. He helped us feel better prepared for the next cold snap or case of extreme weather, and suggested solutions for other concerns I’ve had about our air quality. Highly recommend.

Had a great first experience with Cardinal. The office folks were responsive and helpful-- sent several reminders and a tracking notice when the tech was on his way.
Bryan, the technician, was super friendly, helpful, and knew his stuff. Gave me really good info and didn't try to sell me anything crazy.
Worked with another tech, Jhony, on a subsequent visit and had another great experience. He was super thorough and advised me about keeping our current (older) system running, while thinking about when we need to move to a new system.
I'll use Cardinal again.

Josh & Danny and were patient, clean and had my new hot water heater installed and running pretty quickly. They showed us how to turn off the system if needed and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend him and Cardinal.

I called Cardinal to come diagnose why my gas furnace was not working. The technician who came was great, and he told me exactly what was wrong (it needed a new gas valve) and was overall very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. However, the price given to me was $1197 to replace a single accessible part with an hour of labor. The tech called the office but they would not come down in price at all. So I paid the $97 diagnostic fee, called around, and had another company do the job for a third of the price. I don’t like leaving negative reviews because these folks are all out to make a living, but many of these repair companies border on predatory and it’s worth the warning to shop around if you can’t do it yourself. Cardinal wouldn’t give me a parts/labor breakdown—plumbers and others do this sometimes too. It’s a red flag. Even marked up by the other company, the part was only $180 (it’s actually about $60)…so the $1197 quote from Cardinal was absurd.

Jake came out and explained what needed to be done. He gave me quotes and advice and we set up some time for someone to bring needed parts out for the replacement of some bathroom fixtures. Looking forward to the install.

Update 2/9/26: Kyle was dispatched to inspect and test our gas furnace for operation, health and safety. He provided expert advice and peace of mind knowing my system is in top shape. I will certainly call back when it’s time to make a major repairs. This service call was covered under my monthly subscription to their maintenance plan… highly recommend!

Cardinal was great! They had plenty of availability and communicated their arrival window clearly. James arrived early and was extremely friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He checked the HVAC and water tank, and even offered a free dryer vent check on his way out that I was happy to agree to. He was super professional and I really appreciate his efficiency and expertise!

Came home from a 10 day vacation to be greeted by a hole in my kitchen ceiling with water dripping on the floor from the pipes supplying water to my upstairs. Called Cardinal Plumbing and got a same day appointment with a window for arrival. Cardinal plumbing is very communicative , sending several texts to confirm arrival window was still good. Willie and Gabriel arrived on time, were professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem as a relatively simple issue with a leaky toilet line (no major plumbing issue). Repairs made in less than an hour and couldn’t be more happy with Willie and Gabriel; great team and fantastic service!

Stephen and Cardinal Plumbing did a phenomenal job with my sewer and water line replacement. They went quickly and got the job done in two days. They left no mess whatsoever. I highly recommend the team to anyone who needs this kind of work done. Very professional!

Willie Lopez was very kind and patient. He went above and beyond to help me. He recommended Service Pro for carpet removal and drywall and other items damaged by the water leak. I will definitely recommend Cardinal as they are a great company, care about their customers and take care of your needs

Justin did a phenomenal job. He was professional and very knowledgeable. Not only did he make some corrections to my hvac system fixing problems the installers made, he also caught the propane gas pressure was set 3 times higher than the manufacturer recommended! Justin is better than the guys who originally installed the hvac system.

I will always call Cardinal for HVAC and Plumbing needs.

Jake was our technician, and he did some work on a tub for us. Could not have been more friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had it fixed even quicker. Would definitely call again for future plumbing issues.
