Been with AlM for a few years now and have recommended them to neighbors. Overall they do very well. I do seem to have several problem areas that haven’t responded to their treatments. Not sure why these areas continue to be a problem, have mentioned these areas, they are also very obvious ,to the current and past technicians but no improvement so far. Current technician always lets me know he’s coming in advance. When I am here I watch him and he works hard and seems attentive.

Technician never called to make me aware of my treatment. Once on the property never rang my ring door bell announcing he was there and these are courtesies I have requested. How would you rate this?

Called November 6th 2025 to cancel my service because I'm planning on moving in 2026. They told me I was getting a refund of $xx about of money. I also called the first week of January 2026 because I didn't get the refund yet. I also called on the 21 of January 2026. Still no update of my refund. I was planning on getting a plan with then at my new house. My family also owns multiple properties at the north end in virginia beach they while not be get getting renewed now after my grandfather passed and my bother and I are taking over them because of this refund issue.

ALM has been great for weed control and management in my yard. Even after a couple applications you can see the difference. Highly recommend and the tech who does our work is always available to answer questions!

David rocks! The guy is communicative, responsive, and knowledgeable. That's why I love ALM. They've got some pros on their roster!

Lewis always do great work. He knocked on my door. Let me know he’s there. He leaves signs in the yard and what work he has completed. Great wish all of my house attendance were like Lewis.

This the second service we received from ALM (Sam). Sam knocked on the door to introduce himself since we weren’t home during the previous visit. ALM’s customer service and well explained treatment plan for our grass is above the other company we used. The other company is bigger BUT definitely not better. Thank you ALM for great customer service from day one and for not making us feel like we’re just another customer like the other company. We’re looking forward to great looking lawn and a great relationship with you.

Demetrius came out today for our first service. He let me know yesterday that he would be coming out today. He serviced the lawn without needing anything from me which is very convenient. I'm eager to see the results of the service!

Sam is our tech. He is great. Takes good care of us. There are times we have to reach out for an answer and he always responds and helps us out. Thanks to the ALM team our lawn looks gorgeous.

Daniel at ALM recently treated my lawn; however I still had a pile of snow on the lawn that he could not be treated. The next day he came back to my house, moved the now smaller pile of snow and treated that area without being asked. ALM, Thank you for the great service.

I have been an ALM customer for the past two years. Daniel has been making technician since the beginning. He answers any questions I have concerning my lawn and is always very professional and pleasant to talk with .

I've only been with ALM for a season, and Daniel has been awesome so far. Always has time for questions from a city kid like me. Daniel is very professional very courteous and takes his time. Keep him coming to my place

Appreciate service & results from ALM's care for our backyard, which was a "dead zone," for grass growth. Communication & timely service from Tech Keith has been great!

Fast customer service, always friendly and responsive to needs. Services and scheduling require zero effort or lift on customers part as the business stays on top of services and scheduling. They are flexible using just about every communication method possible and offer a variety of payment plans and work with you to meet everyone’s needs. Nothing required of customer except contacting them to be a customer! They make it so easy and that’s definitely appreciated and needed more in life.

Called ALM on 03/03/26 was told they would email me an estimate, 3 days later, no call no estimate. Called back and was told they were busy but would try an expedite the estimate. Felt like they didn’t really want my business. I called Dream Lawns and received an estimate with a discount within matter of a few hours. Seems the competition cares more. Thanks for nothing ALM.

Demetrius is always polite and informative. He lets me know in advance when he will be here, but I rarely see him. Take a look. My grass is thick and green! I highly recommend ALM.

David was my technician today. As with all ALM technicians, David was courteous and checked with me to see if I had any concerns or questions about the service. I really appreciate the texts I get the day before to let me know that they will be there the following day to treat the lawn. ALM is just a fantastic company to work with.

Ryan K. is a fantastic young man. He is very diligent and conscientious about servicing our lawn. He’s also personable, taking the time to ask if we have questions or concerns about our lawn. He reviewed prior notes on our account, and took great care to make sure our gates are closed before leaving, as one of our dogs is an escape artist. I wasn't there but my girlfriend was and, without being prompted, wrote to me to tell me he was doing a VERY thorough job, above and beyond what's been seen in the past - and it's been pretty damn good in the past! He was even kind enough to pick up the half dozen dog toys they had all over the yard before he started spraying. Very cool. 👍👍
