I appreciate the notification text from tech received on Friday for tech to treat yard on Saturday. I believe tech actually showed up on Monday as I never saw the ALM sign in yard until Monday morning. I still haven’t received an email yet stating specific treatment applied and any recommendations needed for yard, if any. It’s not normal practice for ALM techs to knock on door or ring door bell to notify homeowner they have arrived to start treatment, which doesn’t give homeowner opportunity to talk to tech for any concerns. Without speaking to tech or monitoring for the applied treatments, it’s very difficult to complete a true survey.

The tech showed up on the day/ time as expected. He performed the days service quickly. I received an email explaining what services had been performed, the cost, and any suggestions for continued improvement of my lawn. I have always received great service from ALM.

Daniel has been my tech for a couple of years now and I could not be happier. It is clear that he has an excellent understanding of what he is doing and how ALMs products work, and they benefits us the end user. He always exhibits excellent customer service, and I am completely happy with him and ALM.

Keith, our technician is always great at communicating. Let us know when he’s gonna be out to perform the services and let me know of any issues with the lawn and suggested remedies. He is top-notch.

I keep finding candy/snack/chip wrappers and cans in our yard and I finally figured out it was this company. I noticed that they had dropped a can next to their trailer on my way out and lo and behold, it was on our curb as soon as I got home. It was completely intact so either it somehow rolled 30 ft across and 15 feet uphill (the can is directly in between the 2 main drains on this street) or these idiots decided to dump it here so they don’t leave trash in their clients’ yards. Find a better company for your lawn needs if you don’t want to annoy your neighbors.

I’m an ex landscaper and have been using ALM for a few years now. My yard has made a big transformation since I moved in and have ALM. My neighbors have switched from their companies to ALM as well.
Ryan has been servicing my yard. He does a great job and is very conscientious about his work. He keeps me posted when he’ll be out and if a problem arises, he contacts me. I’ve enjoyed using ALM and am thankful for the services they provide!

ALM is great! Always communicate clearly in advance so I know when to expect them (which helps ensure that he dogs are in), they show on time, and work quickly. My yard has taken a turn for the MUCH better and my neighborhood friends have commented how they just want to come over and lay down in my front yard for the past two springs😁

They used to be good. I had them for awhile and they were at the top of their game. Now their expertise has drastically decreased. They are good at maintaining a lawn but not good at creating one. I killed off my lawn because it was overrun by weeds and after ALM seeded my lawn, my lawn is now 80% weeds which is worse than what it was prior. Absolutely do not recommend if you are starting over.

This group is communicative, considerate, and pet-conscious. Samuel always lets us know a day ahead of time when he's coming (and further in advance of that if we ever want him to). He also reminds me again about 15 minutes out on the day of service because we have asked him to do so. That gives me time to close our dog door for when he has any applications going down on the lawn. When he's just checking things over or visiting without putting anything on the lawn, he is careful about the properly closing the gate behind him every time through and very tolerant and conscientious about our noisy but excessively friendly dogs. In short, Samuel is outstanding at his work. Sure, he does a great job taking care of our lawn's health. But, more importantly, he's accommodating to our family's particular needs. That's the kind of service that sets ALM apart from any other company we've tried, including a few of the main market contenders. Go with ALM. They've got the right idea about how to be great at what they do and they show consistency, skills, knowledge and level of service that will make you glad you chose them.

Lewis has always done a great job. We have had the service for about 3 years and when the neighbors can keep their dogs from making a pit stop in our yard we have one of the greenest best looking yards in the neighborhood. And that wasn't the case until Lewis started servicing our yard.

Placed chip drop on top of my utilities (transformer; cable box). Attempted contact to discuss situation, but no response.

Transformed my unkept pine trees. They quickly and safely removed a dying black locus from my front yard without harming my neighbors property or my other trees close by.

Chesapeake Bay Tree did a great job taking a tree down in my backyard. They were in and out, cleaned up everything and took it away. Awesome job!
