This place is a joke. Bad customer service. Employees at the parts counter are very inexperienced

They did a great job glad to see they enjoy their jobs.

Honestly I don't know how they can be in business they never have someone to answer and when they do they don't know anything it's been 2 weeks since I left a message to get a quote for a commercial roof top unit and no answer yet

Worst service ever. They say they will call when your ordered parts arrive. I always have to call. When you call the store they put you on hold and forget about you. to bad you can't purchase Carrier parts somehwere else.

Please be careful with this guy on the road. He was doing nearly 80 in a 50 and tailgating like crazy this morning. I tried to get around him to be safe and he was making rude gestures and flipping me off. I felt unsafe and he continued to slow down and speed up depending on what I was doing! Keep away and try to act like an adult, especially when you are in a company van. He was a white male late 50s, retired navy vet-unfortunate that you have that sticker on your van and act like that. I will be contacting corporate and local authorities with pictures and video.

This place has gone down the crapper. Waited over a month for a warranty motor called to check on it was told the order was canceled. Offered to overnight motor due to mistake. Sent the wrong motor. Told theyd overnight the right one now here we are again no motor. Customer will now pay for a universal motor we could have replaced on original visit due to Carriers incompetence......what an absolute joke.

Very upset customer James came out to my disabled mom home assuring us everything was ok,Although we still smell fumes So we called gas company, home had high levels of carbon monoxide, Please call a Professional service so You have to experience this Ever!!!!!!!!

Top notch scammer is what James is. Called to fix problem and paid James believing problem was fixed. Problem was not fixed, stole my money!! Now I have to find a PROFESSIONAL to get the job done.

At first I gave this business a bad review because they did not get back to me after they performed the work when I called, texted and left messages. It was a misunderstanding and I now understand the situation. The owner did the job with the help of his sons. They did a good job on the install and were very nice people.

Top knotch customer service. I called this father and son duo in a panic somewhere near 9:30 p.m. Friday night, with limited details of my issuse. To be perfectly honest, all l really knew was l had no heat. Well...within an hour they were at my front door. My husband and l recieved a full professional greeting and they went to work. In under an hour my heat and quality of life had been restored. Since this father and son team departed my home, l have shared my experience with my mother n law, hair stylist and work staff. However, I am writing this review to simply say thank you. Thank you for taking the time to come out and service another family when you could have stayed home with your own, Thank you explaining the repair process step by step. Thank you for answering all of our many questions. Thank you for an absolute fair and reasonable price. But most of all Thank you for your services (military).

James is a top notch licensed and dependable HVAC contractor. His pricing was extremely reasonable, and communicated well. He professionally built the system from the ground up and I am very happy with it. I would recommend his services.

My a/c went out unexpectedly and this man came out immediately when I called him ( was referred by another of his customers) and did his best to fix the unit. It was determined that it was not fixable so he gave me a replacement price and came back promptly when he said he would. He got the new system in place quickly and efficiently and was very professional about it. I WILL call him again should I ever need his services again and will highly recommend him to anyone who needs HVAC repair or replacement.

Our tech was Bryant Cueto and we could not have asked for better service! After we lost our water, he came to the house the day after House Call Company was called and saw what we were going through and made us a priority for the following day and got us our water back! The work he did looks incredible and Bryant, as well as the company, really made us feel important and that is all you can ask for when you are in the situation we were in. Bryant was very professional and he was a really positive person despite everything he was doing in the January weather. If we are ever faced with a situation like that again we know exactly who we would call for the job to get done. Thanks to him we can now shower in our own home again!

Dean was very knowledgeable and straightforward. He took the time to show me pictures of the damage to my AC unit and explained how it occured. He gave me multiple options and explained the pros and cons for each one. I was able to make an informed decision. I will definitely use this company again.

I needed a water line replaced from my well tank to the house and a new electrical outlet installed. Sarrah , the person writing the quote, listened to what I needed and did not try to sell me something I did not need. The company does sub-contract, so I had a sub-contractor do the plumbing work and a House Call employee, Devon, complete the electrical work. There was a slight hick-up between the time I was told the workers would arrive and the actual time they showed up, about 90 minutes late. Once the workers did arrive, they were very professional, worked quickly, and did an excellent job. I would use them again.
